We're planning to finally visit my family in the spring, after half a decade. :keke:

René will become an uncle in late January and we're going to see the baby in late February. :3

I'll be officially divorced.

I've got a bunch of ski trips planned.

My job happiness factor is looking up.

I think I will be wrapping up my process of coming out.

It's going to be better and more eventful than this year for me. I can say that much.

I don't think 2018 was a terrible year though, at least not compared to last year we won't speak of, oh my goodness.

I honestly have no idea. I'm hoping to go to Arizona early this year to visit family/simply get away. Not sure what I want to do about this job but it has to change soon to keep what's left of my sanity. No more hoping for a miracle to change my life; this will be the year for action whether it turns out to be good or bad.

I don't have a rosy outlook. But who knows maybe that will change.

If you and Rene are going to be coming into town, please do let me know.

I have just been made redundant from one of my Jobs, therefore, I am hoping to find something better in the new year.

I don’t really know. While I can be foolishly optimistic about it all. No one know what tomorrow brings or takes away.

2018 has been an uneventful year for myself. But I do know it has been a wondeful year for some folks here. And it has been a downright awful year for others here.

Tonight is the night I remember those in memorial. Let go of things from the past. Try to be a better person and improve as best I can.

Tonight is the night I look forward to what the year may bring. I may or may not get what I want from the next year. Every New Year has been interesting I can say that. Lately they haven’t been and that’s okay.

So tonight I raise my double gin and tonic to you folks. I make my sincerest apologies to those I may have angered or hurt here intentionally or inadvertently.

You’re all good folks and I thank yinz for putting up with me for this long. :)

Happy New Year folks!!

I have a pretty positive outlook.

I want to focus alot on member/netflix_n_chill/ and me.

I haven't liked or felt comfortable with a guy like this in a long time.

Sometimes it's like we can read each other's minds. And i really want to keep us going.

We have a 12 hour time difference between the two of us but have worked with it the best we can. And i really want to keep it going.

He's a special guy to me and I'm really happy to have met him. Way more then I ever expected.

To be honest, I have no idea what 2019 will bring me.

2018 was kind of the biggest year every in my life; living abroad for a long time alone, exploring my feelings for guys next to girls, meeting so many amazing people and starting to exploring myself, the person who I really am.

2019 will probably more be exploring of myself, finding out what I really want in life and what makes me happy. I think there's nothing that can surpass 2018, except finding love.

Happy New Year everyone, may 2019 be even better for everyone of you!

ps. The Sydney fireworks are AMAZING! Definitely worth it to wait from 11am to get a good spot!

Career - I think I should be better this year. A new girl will join my team and FINALLY I will be leading a full team = less stress.
Financials - I shall be getting rid of my Car Loan by March so I will have EUR 250 extra every month - sweet! I'm also planning to get rid of all my credit card debt lol
Love - Time will tell!

Change of years or add of another number usually did not affect my life much. It's going toward older, so I don't expect much change, except in health condition maybe. So I hope my leg condition will improve and I can spend as much time on the water as I'm used to it, longing for the north-western storms and the neat waves they bring on.

I can be glad my heterosexuals gang is around and that they tolerate me there, despite never seeing me with a lady - by now they must think of me as the quota weirdo. One of these that never meet a girl, and I'm fine with that, if they do. As people get older, no one wonders how come they're single.

So kind of hanging in there and trying to not turn sad, because I'm going to be alone 4ever on the hidden half of the me - that's something to work on, I guess. Besides, I want to make music and draw and write more, once again. Music, and the ocean, always provide.

This is the year I finally take a giant leap in my life to become more independent and less dependent on my parents. Just turned 25 so now it's time to get serious about my life, I've put my life on hold for ill family members but I won't this year, I still have my own life to think about.
