Every day you stray further from God :(

But no.

No matter where you go, the same episode of the same TV show is on in every room you enter. What is it?

No. I have no interest in visiting one either.

Whats your favorite and least favorite part about your job or former job?

I'm an archaeologist. My favorite part's probably when I make a find, it's quite thrilling when you uncover an artefact. More generally, I like trying to piece together all the different strands of evidence into a coherent account of how a site came to be like it is.

My least favorite thing is probably either 1) getting rained on, or 2) plastic zip-lock bags. You use hundreds of these things, and they're a nightmare to close if the seal gets even a little bit dirty. When you deal in dirt, this is a problem. :P

Question: Is the job you're in something which you've always wanted to do, since you were young, say, or is it something which you didn't foresee yourself doing (but perhaps enjoy all the same)?

Game is pretty vague. I used to love playing manhunt.

Paintball was always fun to. When i was a kid we signed a petition to have part of a forest designated to be a paintball field. And the township actually did it. They did a really good job to. Even built bunkers and hideouts.
I havent checked it out in years but I'm sure its still there.

What's your favorite movie of all time?

TBH Milk. I answer as per this point in time. Much of that movie was my adolescence or at least what was occurring around the country but not where I lived. A few years back I would have picked a Disney movie. Before that an Star Wars movie.

So what movie would you have said was your favorite when say you were 17 yo?

Dark roast with medium amount of sugar and lots of light cream.

I can go with no sugar if I need to. But definitely need cream or half and half.

What song could you consider the soundtrack of your life?

As I spend a fair amount of my time worrying that people want nothing to do with me or just forget my existence, I feel this rather sombre number from Feeder goes well with my mindset and often find myself turning to this song when I'm down (soz my answer is a bit bleak):

Same question

Uh...The itsy bitsy spider? Except the spider is me. And the water spout is the continuous struggle for control against the odds. And the rain is the inevitable events/dissemination of stability and chaos which is known as life.

Oh-ho! *sniffs into handkerchief*

How has life been treating you lately? Or same question. W.e. lol

Pretty well!

After many months of searching, René and I finally found a nice apartment, at a reasonably good rent (especially compared to one we applied to but ultimately didn't get because someone applied just before us). It's really spacious and feels luxurious.

The move has gone surprisingly smoothly; we were able to finish it in a week of making small trips and one day with movers for a couple of larger furniture items. Now all we have to do is find a buyer for a mini freezer we had to purchase for the last apartment (as it only had a fridge  ).

What's the most pressing thing on your mind right now?

Meeting up with my babe. We talk and video chat all the time. Just want to be with him in person. Its very bittersweet to have great facetimes but know after that your still alone. But he's the best guy I've ever met. For sure that's always in the front of my mind.

What's your favorite thing cooked on the grill?
