My favourite outdoor activity is walking in nature. I consider nature to include, but not be limited to, mountains, forests, the beach with no sound other than the waves breaking next to me.

I guess outdoors I really enjoy hiking and camping. I enjoy being in nature in general

Indoors I enjoy cooking a lot.. listening to music is always good to. And sleeping is always a favorite pastime. :keke:

I have had many cats over the years, and the past 3 years has been the longest I've been without one. I can't stand keeping them inside, but it just hurts when they suddenly disappear. I built a fence around the yard last year, and it will be landscaped with plenty of shrubs by next spring. I don't pretend that will keep a cat in, but at least it will provide a fairly safe home turf. Maybe the next one I'll train to use the toilet...

Are you naturally an early bird or a night owl?

Night owl. I just feel drugged if I get up too early.

Is there anything you are putting off doing at the moment?

I try to. It’s usually leftovers from what I’ve cooked the night before.

Which of these Judge Judy quotes, if any, is your favourite?

I don't even have to look. I love "don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining"

That’s a definite contender, as is “beauty fades, dumb is forever”, but “don’t try to teach a pig to sing. It doesn't work, and it annoys the pig” is my favourite.

Take this random Buzzfeed test. What type of pie are you?

You got: Apple

You're as classic and cool as it gets. You're a big fan of tradition, but that doesn't mean you're old-fashioned, because you'll always be the popular kid. Your best accessory is a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream.

I got key lime pie.
You're tart and sweet and so, so creamy. You think outside the box, which can be your biggest asset. Nothing's quite as satisfying as your cool graham cracker crust.

What's your favorite kind of pie? Sweet or savory

Cheese and onion. Definitely savoury. My sweet pie of choice though when necessary would definitely be pecan.

In the room you are currently in, what of all the material things would you be most saddened to lose?

I happen to be sitting in the home office. There's a box with photos in the closet.

In terms of material things, probably my books.

Do you have a book that you love so much you've read it multiple times?

There are a few, but one of my favourites isThe Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller.

What is your favourite season/time of year?

Autumn/winter (even if my mood tends to take a bit of a dip). I love being able to wear jumpers, have blankets, go places with wood fires, drink seasonal hot drinks, pretty lights, that frosty breath in the mornings, crunchy leaves.. Plus it’s so much easier to get warm than it is to cool down.

What’s your favourite go-to website or specific page/video when you want a laugh?
