I want to talk to him but I'm unsure

Talk about anything and everything.

I want to talk to him but I'm unsure

Hello! So my story sounds like this: I meet a guy which I really liked and we started texting. I really enjoyed talking to him and it seemed that we had a lot in common. I liked his tastes and it seems that he likes mines too. We scheduled a date, it was really fine, we had a pretty connection. For a first impression, I liked him very much. He said that he would be happy if we could hang out again.
But suddenly, after that day, he stopped texting me. I noticed that and I asked him if everything is fine. He said that he doesn't feel good and I must not take it personally, I'm not the problem. Ok, I said. But I texted him again last days and he didn't even seen the message...
My question is : should I insist again to talk with him ? I don't necessarily want to go on another date or something like that, but I want to ask him if he's fine, I want to know what happened and why he suddenly disappeared like that ... I went to another dates, but with him, it was different... It passed 3 weeks already, and I said that I will forget about it, but I find it very difficult, I can't ...

I believe you've made your concern and interest in his well-being clear. He clearly doesn't want to continue the communication and your continuing to message him - even to ask "are you ok?" is only going to convince him you are a pest.

Give him the space he has asked for!

If he changes his mind or whatever personal issue he is dealing with resolves and he wants to text or talk with you, he will contact you. However, you need to respect him by letting him be.

I know it is hard to accept rejection or the appearance of rejection. As I like to say, when we are young, men are like city buses: another one will come along in short order. As hard as it is to do, don't take this "rejection" personally. You cannot control another person's thoughts or behaviors or life experiences - you can only control your own. The best way to deal with this is to move on and find another friend.
