Hi I’m a bi lad who’s had anal with another guy on one occasion a number of years ago and I can say it was awesome lol I’m not out and have to be discreet and I’m recently looking to meet up with another guy I’ve met for a drink and possibly sex after. I’m just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to prepare myself for anal! As In what food is best the day before and on the day ect and what alcoholic drink is best so as not to cause mayhem at the other end lol when I’m at home I have a real good clean before using my dildo and everything’s always fine I’m just thinking if I do that then do t have anal for say 5 hours after will it be ok! PS, I love it deep and big so DP is what I’m going for lol

1. Maybe don’t go for DP on your second time, that seems like asking for a bad time.

2. Plenty of fibre, avoid caffeine, go with how you feel.

3. If you will insist on going for DP on your second time out, probs gonna be easiest to try and find a couple on an app of some sort and hope that they’re after more than just a guy to share and kick out. If they are, you might have to skip the drink.

Thanks! Ye I love DP I regularly use my dildo and it’s 10”. Love it balls deep lol just bit nervous knowing it’s not gunna be straight after I’ve cleaned and possibly hours after!

Being clean for bottoming is ideally more of a lifestyle choice than something you do in the last 24 hours before having sex.

  1. Good diet with plenty of fibre (both soluble and insoluble) and healthy fats (olive, coconut, peanut, sesame, butter, etc.)
  2. Drink lots of water (I aim for 7 big glasses or about 2 litres a day myself)
  3. Take Pure for Men (I take 3 capsules before breakfast and dinner every day)
These are healthy habits anyway and will reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes etc.

Be sure to do this consistently for at least a week or so in advance.

I also find it helpful to completely avoid spicy foods and caffeine.

Then make sure you feel like there's nothing there. You can check with a finger (with lube/spit, obviously) to make sure. But a nice top will not want you to be all anxious about being spotless.

"Cleaning" with a dildo or otherwise should not be necessary. Also, a large dildo can actually trigger a defaecation response, causing your colon to send stuff down into your rectum, which is exactly what you don't want.

You don't "love DP" if you've never done it. Also, thickness is very different from length. A long dildo is not similar to two penises entering you simultaneously (unless they are somehow arranged in series rather than parallel).

Huh... Wasn't aware caffeine affects your digestive tract like that. :confused:

I have one cup of coffee to wake up in the morning (maybe two if I'm particularly groggy but it's rare), does that affect much?

We're all different, but I would say it is something to take into account and experiment with for anyone having issues in this area.

Personally, if I have even one cup of regular black tea or coffee in a day, it has a noticeable effect on the amount of time in the day I feel ready for sex (i.e. certain it would be 100% clean). Sticking to decaf, it's not uncommon for me to feel like bottoming 4 times in a day. A single cup of tea in the morning might not have a big impact, but it is usually noticeable, and any more (e.g. 2 cups of tea or 1 cup of coffee) definitely tends to cut it down to 0 or 1 time, 2 at most I'd say.

The reason is that it speeds up your digestive system - among other things, triggering stuff being sent down from your colon into your rectum (and typically in smaller bits that aren't easy to pass).

Odd... I've always had a, ahem, history with such issues if I don't eat healthy (or down a mouthful of fiber pills) but coffee has never seemed to contribute to that.

It varies a lot from person to person. I know people who drink a single cup of coffee in the morning to trigger a bowel movement. I know other people who drink multiple cups and don't seem to have any side effects. You may also build up a tolerance to it over time, but again that varies by individual.

Incidentally, I used to drink a lot more coffee, but I noticed that when I quit completely, I started waking up feeling more rested, never feeling groggy anymore. I concluded that the caffeine was actually sticking around in my system long enough to disrupt my sleep, making it so I kept relying on it, and overall I actually felt better, more alert and more motivated day to day if I never drank any.
