Question about ways to ejaculate again after ejaculating

I'm a pretty healthy guy who regularly exercises, eats well, takes multivitamins, drinks plenty of water, and gets a good nights rest. My question centers around the natural decline in sperm after ejaculating and how it can take 2-3 days to get "back to normal." On some days I can wait a day and have a good ejaculation but not always. After reading a material, I'm curious if anyone else has any suggestions on how to boost my sperm count/volume with exercise, supplements, etc. after I ejaculate?

Age is affecting male reproduction, i use to cum 6 times when i live alone. now i am 33, and only can cum 4 times a day

Avoid plastic packaging for food and drink like the plague. A class of chemicals used to make plastic plastic-y called phthalates are wreaking havoc on everyone's bodies, especially of males because it most affects testosterone production and utilisation. One of the world's foremost experts, Dr. Shanna Swan, thinks the vast majority of men will be infertile (or inadequately fertile) by the middle of the century, and possibly impotent by the end.

Especially any thin plastic touching food that gets warm; thin plastics, like films and wrapping, contain higher levels of the plasticisers like phthalates, and when warm or hot leach more into the food or drink they're touching.

There are supplements that can boost natural testosterone production; in particular, mixes of vitamins D, B6, B9, and B12, zinc, maca, fenugreek, and piperine (the main flavour component of black pepper) have proven somewhat effective at raising testosterone.

That last one, piperine, is actually super interesting. It seems to potentiate or improve absorption of all sorts of chemicals, from pharmaceutical drugs to curcumin, the main component of turmeric, which has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties (but which is usually poorly absorbed). RenΓ© and I essentially take a capsule full of black or white pepper every time we take any other supplements or substances.

Omega-3 fatty acids, in particular eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), is also extremely important to the endocrine and exocrine systems.

You may also want to look into substances such as nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) or riboside (NR), which show some promise for slowing and revering ageing. (These are both kind of special forms of vitamin B3.)

Don't forget, there's a simple blood test which offers insight into testosterone levels. Might be good to arm yourself with that information (and hear any thoughts your doc might have) as well.
