with all the issues i am going through... with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, ptsd, and an unknown personality disorder... i want them to know what they are getting themselves into. repeat hospitalizations a possibility. hallucinations and delusions, and unstable moods. i don't want them to have to take on a caregiver roll because of my mental illness. i want to be well enough to not be a burden on my s/o. it wouldn't bother me if they had a mental illness too.

otherwise

short, fat, skinny, or tall... Jessica Farley likes em all.

i want someone who is intelligent, good sense of humor, likes anime, has at least something we are both interested in such as similar taste in music and someone who is open minded to my likes and need. i also like someone who's not afraid to explore sexually.

i'm sure i'm missing a few but ultimately i want to feel a connection with them.

I suffer from mental illness too. I have avoidant personality disorder apparently, a history of mood swings, indecision, pushing people away, a massively screwed up sleeping pattern, depression, social anxiety and I'm an anxious wreck in general.

I feel you

- A beard
- An appreciation for Mariah Carey
- A love of travel, the outdoors and adventure
- A romantic side
- A sarcastic streak
- Not necessarily rich, but at least stable and sorted

Thanks. when i tell people about my sza/sz they automatically think i'm going to shoot up a school or say "ain't that what that shooter had that shot at cars driving by?". no... just no. already had potential relationships fail after revealing my mental illness. obviously not the one but annoying nonetheless.

i feel ya on anxiety man. nothing helps me. i don't think it's so much anxiety as much as other mental illness that plays a part. my whole life has been on hold dealing with it. :runaway:

you seem like a decent human being. something tells me you'll do just fine.

Aw I wouldn't think that and a lot of decent people wouldn't think that

I get you, sometimes professionals even make things worse for me. It's like they've read the textbooks and written their lines but they've never lived a day in our shoes in their lives. Some have, but they seem to be the minority for me at least.

My life has been on hold too. I know what that feels like

You'll do just fine too by the way. It takes a decent human being to know one :P

I mean that's assuming I am decent anyway :D

Yeah, Zoop avatar is so adorable.

Seriously, I've asked that question mostly because I haven't been in any relationship except some teens ones with presser of my class. So I don't have standards that I worked through past relationships and my standards are just a imagination.

I want a man who likes metal, and furry art, like me. there needs to be a common culture. I rather be single, than just pick anyone as a bf, unlike some fools. Lmao

Someone who makes me laugh.
A caring soul who thinks deeply.
Someone whose outlook on life is different and challenges the norm.
A man that wants more out of life than settling for what is.
Is romantic, quick witted and sharp.
Uses words to win me over.
Someone who can sail with me through the rest of life.
A companion who completes me.

For them to be nice to me, to be around my own age, and to make their own living.

In a s.o...
An artist similar to myself.
Kind, gentle, patient but persistent, sexually assertive (because waiting on me to open up is going to be glacially slow).
Old enough to have worked himself out.
Most physical things aren't that big a deal for me, but I am a sucker for blue or green eyes.

PS. Emotional or mental issues, as long as they are up front about them, can be weighed and worked out in most cases. Midnight surprises that include violence, crying jags, or catatonic states are kind of a problem for anyone.

I want for them, to find some dude who is of yummy good looks, cute and sexy and caring for them, and reach for the stars and bring down a world for them, once in a while. Someone, who can make them happy and share the love they so wish for, honestly and in full effect. To find and walk life side by side, with someone like that. For all the girls (including girls for girls that love girls, of course!) and guys.

I quit on wishing to myself. :|
If ya want to hang with me, let's go windsurfing!
