What are you doing right now?

Talk about anything and everything.

The new youtube layout is just ridiculously frustrating. I've resorted to switching to new accounts and logging out to get actual related videos instead of lists of things that I've already watched.

Just getting my interweb on, listening to music, and willing away my hunger (time to get it under control once more).

I only got halfway through. I love horror films but I can never watch them by myself first time round, even ones done by Spielberg.
I'm also glad I had the bath first as I'm home alone this weekend and it would've freaked me out too much

Nope.
I'm pathetic as my 9 year old neighbour I was babysitting was watching it last week (it was her DVD and she'd seen it before, I'm not a terrible sitter!), but her parents came back 5 minutes in. I saw it was on TV last night so decided to record it.

I've been stuck on Ellen related videos for almost all of my free time of the last few days. I finally escape and suddenly more Ellen videos pop up next to whatever.

I just want to be free with my music...

That was about the age I was watching it too. XD I must say I'm amazed that there's somebody that still gets scared by horror films. There's usually so many obvious loopholes in them that I can't watch them anymore.

Is it just me or did the GTF just stopped working a few minutes ago? Index page works, everything else doesn't. I just get a "Connection reset by server" error.

And I've seen this problem a few times before but it never lasted this long.

I'm quoting from memory but I believe GTF uses a custom search engine (Maybe Sphinx?). It has a tendency to break now and then.

What does the search engine have with displaying a topic? Either way - it's working now.

Sphinx has been perfectly stable on both forums ever since the last bugs I fixed (and that wouldn't affect the rest of the forum, just the search). It's Apache that's messing up - it seems to get confused about GTF on occasion and refuse to serve anything except the homepage. I have no idea why. The problem is always resolved instantly by restarting Apache and does not appear to be associated with any excessive use of resources, nor with any logged errors that I can see.

We have an interesting problem right here :) . This happened quite a few times during the past month as far as I can remember. And as far as I can remember it happened to GFO too. But only once and it started working after a single refresh, while GTF wasn't working for some time.
