The pistachio korma curry I finally got round to making!

It's not as spicy as I might have liked, I was abit cautious with the chilli powder, owing to having used waaaaay too much in previous dish!

But it was yummy anyway.

Does "eat calzones" have some slang meaning that I'm not aware of...?

It was tasty! I kinda forgot how filling it can be, with all those nuts so the portion was way too large :P but I enjoyed it and have two more portions for dinners later in the week.

Sigh, to live the life of an international jetsetter!

Well, perhaps if you lived nearer. Not sure any breakfast is worth the cost of a 10000km flight. Well. Might depend on who it was with. :P and how.many "calzones" were involved.

So you made curious what expression I'm totally clueless on (again) and went to Urban Dictionary and found:
A tidy, well-presented vagina. Often found hairless, or with neatly-trimmed hair. The lips are firmly shut revealing little of the inner vaginal tissue.

Really PopTart, didn't know your were into vaginas... Myself, I'm done with them. And now after having read that on Urban Dictionary, I'm not sure I could eat another "calzone" of any flavor. LoL

Did you use a lot of egg to make it that yellow or was the rice golden?

I just dropped 2 eggs into the rice on the pan when it's at medium heat and used a spatula to mix it evenly. :D
