What are you eating?
Re: What are you eating?
Speaking of peanut butter, I have made an important discovery.
It turns out chilli flakes are amazing in it.
Especially on Finn Crisp.

Had a blueberry muffin, rice crispy treats, watermelon, and pineapple! I’m glad I’m not diabetic.

I Just tapped into my Cuban side and had some guava paste and cream cheese on saltine crackers. It was absolutely divine. Now I just need to get some puff pastry and make some pastelitos!

I'm so glad I read past the emoji. I was getting a little bit worried there for a second.

Re: What are you eating?
Yesterday I had an amazing Chinese hot pot experience. I think I went a little too hard on the spice level and I got some explosive diarrhea but I have no regrets. Would do it again. 10/10.
Anyway, I started looking up Asian food on YouTube today and one video took me to another and I came across this Korean Mexican chick who has a cooking channel. She made street, deep-fried quesadillas but with a kimchi filling. o_o They look bomb.
Anyone else into fusion food? I wanna try this. They look tasty. Here in LA there’s a food truck called Kogi that does Korean tacos. They’re very popular.

Huel, once a day every day. That's a maximum of 400 calories a day. I'm on an 'anorexia' diet. Basically starve to the point hunger no longer affects me and I can survive purely off the minimal 400 calories of Huel and nothing else. each day.
I'm losing weight a lot slower than you'd expect.

Since the body has a natural aversion to starvation and will immediately begin to horde any and all caloric intake it can in the form of fat stores, I'd not expect you to lose weight at a rapid pace.

I did just eat a simple teaspoonful of peanut butter. And then another. I love the stuff. (Crunchy, not smooth.)

That doesn't sound healthy. There's no way that covers all essential nutrients.

We had chicken Alfredo pasta, though I cooked too many noodles and I kind of ruined it by spreading the sauce too thin.

You're losing weight slower than expected because extreme caloric restriction puts the body's metabolic system into survival mode and it tries to be as conservative as possible with energy expenditure and not dip in to stored energy.
If you'd really like to lose weight quickly without damaging yourself, look into The Obesity Code by Dr Fung.

Not this time, but that is an awesome combination for sure!

There is no journey, I just decided to stop eating meat one day. The most painful part was getting rid of all the homemade stock in my freezer. But I deeply enjoy telling people "No we can't eat there, I'm a vegetaaaaaarrrian." Usually followed by "I drive a Prius."

Frosted Flakes and Honeycomb cereal.
Also, a mint chocolate Twinkie. It's a limited time deliciousness that I just had to have before it goes away.

NGL those sound fucking amazing! And I don't even like twinkies, I normally think they are gross, but choco mint is just such a damn good combination.
I'm sat here eating far too much of a very large Hershey's Symphony bar. Only saving grace is I'm sharing it with my partner haha.
