It's also worth noting that if you crap at work on company time you aren't only getting paid...but you get free toilet paper! And they pay for the water to flush the toilet. Win-win!

Doc put me on an antidepressant... trintellix... apparently new... low dosage but hopefully it’ll help the depression.

I'm on a fresh healthy diet, surviving off carrot and celery sticks. Unlike some people who treat their body like a garbage disposal , I like to treat my body like a temple. ; D

Which religion is it that requires its followers to fill the temple with carrot and celery sticks?

Bupropion (also known by the brand name Wellbutrin). An experiment. It seems to be working. I've been feeling very motivated to get tasks done. I feel like tidying all the things. Just wish there was more time in the day.

That's... not ideal for someone suffering from anxiety. :P

Look it's either anxious, or tired. I picked my struggle.

If it weren’t for caffeine I would be sleeping 18 hours a day right now.

This is called drug dependence. There's a good chance you'll find that if you get off the stimulant and make your way through the withdrawal, in the end, you'll stop depending on it and actually feel more alert without it than you currently do while on it.

Try it for a month or two. Lockdown is the ideal time for this.

Back on tranylcypromine (Parnate) after stupidly letting it run out half a year ago. It's a revelation. I'm waking up early feeling motivated, meditating, tidying, getting stuff done. :)

Also further increases my sex drive to the point where it annoys Brenden. :P
