Does it make me a 'bad gay guy' if I sometimes watch straight porn?

As someone with a straight dude fetish, I can confirm it absolutely does not make you a 'bad gay guy'. Straight dudes are fucking sexy, and some straight porn is as well.

No, you're fine. I need to keep to a 50/50 quota, though, otherwise I lose my powers. :(

Complete opposite here. I find that straightness is so off-putting in a chap. :P

I just wish there was more halfway-decent "straight guy" gay porn out there. What exists is mostly hilariously bad.

Straight guy: I'm married to your sister, I'm totally straight, I've never even looked at a guy like that before.
Gay guy: Nobody'll find out.
Straight guy: *performs expert deepthroat immediately*

Loyalty to sports teams is... weird.

Like I never liked football growing up but working in a bookies' I developed a necessary interest to stop myself going insane. And I've ended up supporting Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League. Which originally started as a joke ("ha ha the gay guy supports Brighton") but has somehow become 'real' to the point where the idea of supporting any other team just sounds alien and weird to me. But there's no logical reason for me to feel loyalty to Brighton; I'm not from there, I've never been there, I have no connection to that city at all.

So why is my support of that club, when there are other better clubs, such an immutable fact of my existence now?

It's like how as a kid when I used to watch the NBA I locked on to the Toronto Raptors purely because of the name Raptors and that their logo was a fucking dinosaur. I stopped watching basketball for years, have started getting back into it recently, and just find myself incapable of truly supporting anyone but the Raptors when there's zero logical reason for me to feel loyal to them.

And the less said about my weird support for the NFL team the New Orleans Saints the better... though they seem to be getting kind of challenged in my support by the San Francisco 49ers but I don't know why that's happening either.

Sports are confusing and team loyalty even more so...

St. Johnston here. It's the safest option, what with living in Glasgow. :P

I remember I was in a very crowded train the night of an old firm match, surrounded by very drunk Celtic supporters. Got to talking, and just as we were pulling into my stop, one asked me the dreaded question. I replied that I support St. Johnston, at which he stood up and announced to the carriage to "let him pass, he's suffered enough".

Also, that reminds me, I was having to explain the situation in Glasgow to an American friend last week:

"So, there's a load of Rangers fans defending some statues in George Square... "

"Rangers? The football team? What's that got to do with anything?“

"Oh, it has everything to do with it, darling".

He's still very confused. :P

I think I might have BPPV. There are certain head movements (sometimes very slight) I do now that make the whole room spin for about 5 seconds. The really bad episodes are kind of nauseating. :pfft:

I've only just noticed that my alarm clock's beeping noise sounds exactly like the noise that sets off those sound-activated vibrators that like every Chaturbate model wears and now I can never unhear it...

I'm curious, do you think subs like r/creepshots or r/jailbait should never have been banned?

I don’t know those subs, but I do not think GenderCritical and ChapoTrapHouse should have been banned nor should their policy now be essentially that hate subs can exist if they hate on a “majority” group.

Rule 1: Remember the human. Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and people that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.

While the rule on hate protects such groups, it does not protect all groups or all forms of identity. For example, the rule does not protect groups of people who are in the majority […]

Remember the human! …except for humans who are "in the majority" (whatever that means), fuck them.
