I've had my own mental struggles too, although I've never experienced hospitalisation before. Drawing can help. I never have motivation before I start but sometimes it'll build up as I go until a picture of something appears. 99% of the time it's awful but at least it's not a blank piece of paper anymore.

Yes, I plan on drawing a friends newborn picture of his oldest son.

Aw that's cute! I'm way too bad to draw real people. I can draw sticks though.

I think I'm legit cursed this week.

Just finished my 4th and final consecutive late shift at work. Friday night, Saturday night and even normally-quiet-as-hell Sunday night were utterly hectic and busy and annoying. Then tonight the whole night went really quietly so I was thinking I might finally once be able to be out of the shop quickly... then our three self-service betting machines decided to all get stuck in a constantly-rebooting loop. So I couldn't leave until I knew they were working properly, and those things take AGES to reboot themselves properly.

A good friend of mine just survived an accident that easily could have killed him. He might come out of it partially paralyzed. Whatever your problems are — it could always be worse. Be grateful for the little things.

Libertarians: “Your liberty stops where mine begins.”

Also libertarians: “Mandated Covid vaccines would be tyrannyyy!!!!”

Someone literally argued with me that because our daily lives are filled with endangering others, like driving a car, that exposing someone to risk isn’t enough to warrant mandated anything. As if driving accidents grew exponentially to the point of creating a global crisis.

What are your thoughts on young straight music artists wearing and performing in drag? Like Bad Bunny in “Yo Perreo Sola“ (I Twerk by [Female] Myself) or Machine Gun Kelly wearing a pink ensemble with a pearl necklace. I feel like they try too hard to get attention and work points. It sort of reminds me of when Jaden wore a dress to come across as...enlightened? Hipster? It also comes across in poor taste because of its obvious disingenuousness. It’s reminiscent of how Logic tried to get woke points for making a song about suicide by titling it the phone line for suicide prevention. I’m sure in their minds they think they’re doing the Lord’s work or whatever because celebrities are ego-maniacal lunatics. If you’re a straight male artist and you want to put your money where your mouth is, then suck a dick, record it and plaster it all over the internet, then I’ll believe you.

I think the gabapentin is helping. Otherwise I'd be a total mess with what's all going on right now. The CPS case worker is dicking us around and my friends girl friend sister and her mother is putting words in the kids mouth.

A while back, I commissioned a painting, the brief to the artist was: -

Modernistic depictive that reflects the consequences of living all my life with the teenage memories of a pedophilic & insestious father, who was the cause of my elder brother's sucide as well as that of my mother....

After a long discussion with the Thai artist, I took delivery of it on Saturday...........

It's uncanny how he so accurately captured the "essence" and it's been constantly on my mind.....

I'll try for photos tomorrow....

Jfc. The debates being held during a pandemic was the perfect opportunity to finally get rid of the audience. And what do they do? They’re inviting 200 people. Why? What point do they serve other than to hoot and holler and instigate. The debate shouldn’t even be in an auditorium. They should’ve imposed a restriction that each candidate has to appear remotely and once their time is up they get muted, to prevent interruptions.

I miss the kids but whoever feed the kids the bullshit about me can fuck off. I’m not angry at the kids but every ounce of me is gonna freak out because now the kids hate me even though I didn’t do anything to them.

I wish I had the pure self-confidence of guys on hookup sites who think their slightly-above-average-size dick is so singularly irresistible that I'm gonna hop straight on several trains just to go meet them for it.

At the moment I'm listening to Classical music and thinking about how I could use a friend to chat with on nights like this when I'm up alone.
