Extreme sleep debt. ;)

(A simplification, of course.)

Every time I think I look actually somewhat decent, I take a selfie and then in the selfie I always look fucking terrible.

I took a selfie the other day and actually thought I looked good!
Despite my insane husband having decided it's time for me to try a buzz cut. :runaway:

I was informed by my husband that I forgot to take my medicine today. I re-realized it was why I was feeling muddy headed and my surroundings were a little darker than normal. It’s almost like a reverse migraine.

It also explains why I felt absolutely worthless earlier. :pfft:

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you; it certainly doesn't sound like a particularly pleasant experience. What medicine was it that you forget to take today, if you don't mind my asking?

Effexor, otherwise known as venlafaxine. It allows me to make the most of what little serotonin my body produces. It allows me to concentrate better at work, gives me much more patience, and keeps me from killing myself. :keke:

Have your husband watch out for teeth grinding in your sleep! Very common but underestimated side effect.

^ He has commented that I cry in my sleep from time to time. I also apparently death-grip his chest with my fist from time to time. :P

Does hot weather actually have the demonstrable effect of making people hornier? Because that seems to be the only explanation for why I've inexplicably been way more thirsty for the past few days...

Well people tend to wear less in hot weather. There are plenty of guys around where I live that walk around shirtless. Some of them look quite fine. ;)

Stressed... a newborn, 5, 6, and 9 year old... keeping up with cleaning, help feed the kids, making sure they pick up their mess. Help the 5 year old bathe and find clothes for her. laundry, dishes, throwing out trash, sweeping, clean the litter box. Also making sure the kids don’t break other peoples stuff. It’s basically me and my roommates girlfriend keeping up with the house while my roommate works. Lol I feel like a stay at home mom.
