My thigh gap closed today. I thought my testicles were caught between my legs, but it turns out my thighs were touching each other.

You must be positively gargantuan!

Are you actually getting chonky or are you, in actual fact, getting swole?

I just can't imagine you fat. You don't talk fat.

I guess you might just be getting normal as opposed to malnourished.

Well I've gained over 30 pounds in 4 months. I've been working out four times a week, but even so I suppose only about a third of that is muscle.

We need some context here. You've gained 13kg (not stone, then you'd be truly humongous!) But how much do you weigh in total? And your height too.

I can't say. I'm ashamed of the anorexic mess that I was so briefly ago. Suffice it to say that I'm 6'0" and well within the normal BMI range now, although I think my body fat percentage is currently pushing it. I've had to buy a bunch of new clothes. I literally hulked out of my jeans at work a few weeks ago.

Thank you for sharing. May I ask? Were you anorexic or do you simply use the term to emphasise the extent to which you were slim?

It's a fine line between okay slim and too slim and age I think plays a part. I was always skinny growing up, working out helped to take away the sharp angles and edges, that became quite pronounced whenever I stopped working out. I could pull off being super skinny in my younger years, but it just looked unhealthy as I neared 30.

So I do understand how you might feel looking back.

Not literally anorexic. Just a skeletal bitch. If I knew how nice it felt having padding, I would have done it a lot sooner.

Just be careful you don't go too far the other way, because the discomfort will come back, but in different ways. unless you go muscle over fat. Then jave at it. Different kind of cushion.

That said, I think it's great your feeling better in your own skin and I should imagine you feel alot more confident as a result, right?

Then of course there are people who gain both fat and muscle. I’m obese but also burn about 1500 calories a day due to having a physically demanding job. I’m very strong, and my legs are as hard and thick as tree trunks. :P

Most of my exercise is cleaning house with 4 children and 3 adults. I’ve lost weight from cleaning where I live. I’m now about 148lbs… I’m overweight but not obese like I was. I make sure I eat at least 1200 calories and no more than 1800 calories. It’s working so far.

That would make an excellent method of losing weight. :D

It turns out that the cube-shaped object they found on the moon recently was just a rock. The moon has plenty of rock shaped rocks on it already.

I suppose I do feel more confident, but I'm still a long way from the results I want. The better outcome is - as it turns out - that eating enough and exercising actually just makes you feel much better on a daily basis. Who would have thought.

I enjoy it when people argue about manspreading because it gives me an excuse to complain about how huge my dong and balls are.

I'm thinking about the fact that a new year has started. And I'm making a lot of plans. I really want to make quality repairs at home and enjoy life already. I work a lot to achieve this.
