As embarrassing as it sounds, I've been thinking about my ex. We lived together for 3 years. From 2009-2012 :( lol I know, I'm lame! Speaking of the devil, the last movie I saw with my ex was JB's first actual movie. "Never say Never".

Thinking about what would be involved in riding my current motorcycle from here to Boulder, CO. Would have to bore it out to a 750cc which would cost about $700 in parts, figure $2,000 for expenses on the trip, have to find someone to watch the cat and the house.. Definitely not this year.. my best friend, the rocket scientist has moved out there and my uncle's there.. So naturally I have to do it, but god damn, thats the cost of replacing both garage doors and insulating the garage... humbug, I hate being a broke cripple, complicates everything lol

Isn't that pretty much every picture? The real challenge is to find a pic where he's not worshipping himself.

Alas, it's hard to worship yourself when you also see every failed picture and so know explicitly what is wrong with your body,

Thinking why more people haven't started calling Johnny Weir "Johnny Weird" or "Johnny Queer." The puns seem so obvious. C'mon people!

Hmm, so I should have been an oral surgeon, then.

Completely knocked out in a matter of minutes.

^ For some reasons I suspect that you would only focus on the oral part in oral surgeon. :)

I'm listening to my landlord and his Dad conversing in Greek and finding it a rather lovely language.

Ok I really want some panda express. But not today. However it's suppose to storm really bad tomorrow (on top of this melting snow). But it's also the warmest day in the ENTIRE winter thus far. SO, i might get it on Friday but it's not as warm.
I wonder how many people know this is down here

Last night I drank about 140g of alcohol. Which was fun but my liver tells me there's a reason I don't drink that much regularly.

The United Nations and Council of Europe member states (which is to say, parties to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms) should send a peacekeeping force into Ukraine.

Not to immediately overthrow the current regime, but to end the present violence, investigate human rights violations*, and ensure that a legitimate election is held and the valid will of the people of Ukraine is followed.

*Most concerningly, there are reports of injured protestors in hospitals being disappeared.

Reports and footage at least of the security forces walking around the hospitals interviews with some people saying what they claim to be happening and some very untalkative staff.
Also state sponsored biker gangs and fight clubs moving out of Russia to Ukraine, and dummy 'protest groups' inciting violence.
It'd be nice to get a Ukraine thread going but I feel lazy to do it myself right now.

I think one of the greatest tragedies of slavery, besides its malum id ipsum nature, is the loss of the slaves' genealogies and familial-cultural grounding.

I believe this one aspect of slavery alone has a tremendous negative impact on the present psychology of black Americans.

Look at the names they give their children. They're entirely invented to sound hyper-foreign or unique (literally: Unique is an all-too-common girls' name), with no historical or familial grounding. They are neither African names nor European names nor Biblical names. They're just random words and sounds mashed together by tragically illiterate parents.

It's quite sad. :(
