Early morning is the best time to do cardio, so maybe you should thank them? You burn three times the calories in the morning.

Umm... I don't think I've been able to make myself very clear here.

What I meant to say was, I need to sleep early so I can wake early at around 6 AM and go to the gym when it opens at 7.... It's because after almost a year of not exercising regularly, I have restarted my routine. I find that early morning is the best time to get exercise out of the way because in the evening I might have other responsibilities, or I'm having one of my mood swings or there's some committment etc.

I didn't know that cardio was more effective in the morning as well. I haven't been doing much cardio lately but I should.

Do you think he’s generally a sloppy thinker? I don’t.

I don’t think that’s true of his non-religious books. The Moral Landscape or Free Will were pretty decent and he went up against most anyone who critiqued his work.

But recommend me some interesting people to listen to.

I was watching interviews of diane downs yesterday. She is the mom that shot her three kids back in the 80's. The book and movie small sacrifice are based on the incident.

That bitch was cold as fuck. She smiles so much while describing her kids getting shot. Then at one point she says people tell her she's lucky and she responds " I don't feel lucky. If anything my kids are lucky."
Like wtf? Your one kid died. The other had a stoke and will forever have problems from it. And the youngest is paralyzed.

And in another ( which she had enough balls to get pregnant while on trial) she says you can't replace kids. BUT you can have more. Kids are SO easy to conceive.

At the end of the investigation she even told the detectives ( after they knew it was her) that she knew exactly who shot the kids but since they are investigating her she isn't going to tell them.

She's on Casey Anthony and Chris Watts level on psychotic.

On a sidenote, someone in the responses said she looks like the teen mom Janelle Evens and now I can't u see it. Smh.

I can’t believe how sickeningly sweet coleslaw is in the US. (And I’m surprised child me didn’t like it.)

Wrapping up my dog sitting for a friend duties. A good reminder that while I like dogs I don't want the day-to-day responsibility of taking care of one. I have the same dilemma with twinks LoL.

How do they make it in the UK? With vinegar and ale?

It's much plainer. A bit tangy in some cases but certainly not sweet.

How do they make it in the UK? With vinegar and ale?

Tesco Finest coleslaw lists its ingredients as: “Cabbage (40%), Rapeseed Oil, Carrot, Crème Fraîche (Milk), Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Water, Onion, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Chive, Mustard Flour, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum),” with a total sugar content of 2.9 g / 100 g.

Kroger lists its creamy coleslaw as having the ingredients: “Cabbage, Mayonnaise (Soybean Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Egg Yolk, Water, Salt, Natural Flavor), Sugar. Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Pickle Relish (Cucumbers, Sugar, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Alum, Natural Flavors, Polysorbate 80, Turmeric [For Color]), Carrots, Bell Peppers, Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Acid Sulfate, Sodium Ascorbate, Celery Seed, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Ascorbyl Palmitate, White Pepper, Ascorbic Acid, Wheat Germ.” Its total sugar content is (and I have to do some math because the nutrition label is bullshit) about 14 g / 100 g.

The difference is basically just that bucketloads of sugar is added in the US.

But wait! Kroger also sells a “sweet coleslaw”. But its sugar content is actually 1 g less than the “creamy” one…

No wonder Americans are fat fucks.

Why are there two kinds of preservatives in addition to a bunch of added vitamin C (in like 3 different forms), which is already a preservative. None of that is in the British coleslaw and it lasts just as long.
