If only we could do the same with humans!
That would be eugenics.
Damn right it would be! But at least there'd be no more bitter people. And I suppose we could breed out moral conscientiousness, since people would be a bit more receptive to eugenics if we did.

Re: What made your day / made you smile today?
Hey guys !
I wanted to share a bit of good news since you've been a good part in helping me.
I think I finally found my boyfriend !
We have been talking since one month, and met every weekend since 3/4 weeks.
And this time the love feels the same on both side. He has been very patient with me.
I even slept in his bed (things I've never done before), and I never talked with someone for such a long time.
Anyway, I'm letting the time flowing, we will see how my emotions will led me in the next weeks.
I have a question. How much do people usually have before they say they are actually together ? Before they are officially a couple ?
Ty !

According to the preliminary results of my survey (n = 90), 96.6% of guys who have had same-sex relationships reached 'boyfriend' status in less than 6 months, well over half in less than 2 months, and almost exactly a third in less than 1 month of dating.

Aww, that's great! I'm so happy for you!

How did you end up finding him?
Just got vaccinated by the British Army (Royal Scots Dragoon Guard I believe) here in Scotland! Adding to the 37% of the population now having had their first dose.
Kinda funny getting an injection from a field-medic lady in full camouflage gear, haha.
AstraZeneca vaccine; barely felt anything (I had taken paracetamol beforehand though). No side effects so far.
I will not be changing my behaviour after either the first or second dose (wearing FFP2/N95 masks, distancing, disinfecting etc.).
Stay safe everyone

Re: What made your day / made you smile today?
In the end Tinder helped me finding him !
I honestly thought I wouldn't meet anyone until I find my internship (which I did just today !) but in the end we are going along pretty well !
There is also this weird thing I can't understand (I guess this is why love is complicated), there is a few things that I thought I would never like but for him I don't know I feel that it's ok ^^
Like he tells me that he can complain a lot while gaming, is frustrated easily and can lose his temper. But I actually never saw that when he is with me, he even says that I calm his mood just by being here ^^

Aww

In other cheerful milestones, Brenden and I have now been seeing our boyfriend for a year, and we've only grown closer in that time.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's awesome! I've honestly never seen more than 2 people make it work, so if you're able to pull that off you're one in a million, that's all I can say! I couldn't do polyamory even if I tried. But cheers to people who can make it work!
Here's an example of the Universe trying to tell you that you need healing in an area of your life:
Someone who struggles with showing emotion. This person, in their lifetime, will constantly struggle with this, and that is because, they choose to ignore or disregard the fact that they have trouble showing emotion. Most people will ignore this issue, and will continue to fracture themselves. And this goes with pretty much any problem that happens in your life that is recurring. Don't pass up an opportunity to make you "whole" again.

At home, 5G speeds on my phone are broadly pretty comparable to 4G. I don’t think the masts have really rolled out that far yet. But in central London? ZIPPY. I can stream Cyberpunk 2077 through Stadia on the train and it runs better than on my home WiFi.

Very nice!
There's coverage all over the place on our network (Three) here apparently, but we don't have the necessary phones yet. We barely even need 3G, though, let alone 5G or even 4G

Congratulations! You seem to be doing really well, at least where sweeping the floor is not concerned.

I got to talk to my best friend on the phone for a bit today. I was pretty pleased by that occurrence.

I somehow managed to get flirted with by a stranger on the train home after work and score a date.
