Proud of you! It’s the biggest step, you’ve made it. It’s not gonna be smooth sailing all the way, but at least there’s wind now and you’re on your way to somewhere new.

They didn't tell me much off the bat with the immediately phone call this morning. But then I didn't exactly provide them with a huge amount of detail because I still find talking about it out loud with another person incredibly intimidating. They've booked me in for a more in-depth phone counselling session with the in-house mental health specialist in a couple of weeks to have a deeper conversation about the whole mess and hopefully that gives me time beforehand to get my thoughts together to have coherent ways of explaining myself in actual detail for once.
But yeah. Progress, no matter how terrifying.

It’s my birthday today. Some people that wish me happy birthday that I didn’t expect to do. Waiting for my dad and them to which I don’t know if they will.

Well…
1. I’m using a brand new iPhone protective case for my phone. It’s shiny and new and not scratched.
2. Today is my Friday and I have three days off to work on my game and hang out with my husband.
3. There is a lot of laundry to do at work and I love doing hotel laundry…it’s very relaxing.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday by going out to a nice restaurant and I got him a good present. He is very happy, which also makes me happy.

I've been taking minoxidil and finasteride for a month and already there's substantial regrowth all along my hairline. I wish I started taking them sooner, but I'm glad I didn't start any later.

I finally got around to replacing my GPU, when I found an amazing deal for an RTX 3070 ti, at just above mrsp!
Well, about £70 above retail price. Brand new too.
That said, I'm not entirely sure why I bought it, because I haven't had the time to game lately
I think upgrading my pc has become something I just do, without thinking about it.

I have been sick with a cold for the last few days but what I do not have is bronchitis. This is one benefit from not smoking anymore.

What the dentist did yesterday seems to be working, which is such a relief because it means I won't need a more invasive procedure like a pulpotomy or pulpectomy (root canal).
Also, my tooth no longer feels like it's going to explode and take my head out with it, which it'd been feeling like since early Friday morning. (It was excruciating and at times easily the worst pain I've ever experienced.)

Finally starting to feel like I'm getting the hang of Elden Ring now I'm not constantly running into annoying roadblocks in every direction.

I get to have a ten minute break today! I didn’t get a single minute of rest on Tuesday, and that was originally a day off.
Edit: I got called to do a guest request 4 minutes in. At least I got a 4 minute break today!!
