Look me in the eye (avatar?) and tell me this is the only place you closet-shame Shawn Mendes.

Honestly I’d love to literally look you in the eye but every time you come to LA it’s only as a layover. :oface:

It's such a lovely airport. I'm just kidding. It's too big, cilantro is disgusting, and California is garbage.

Oh. Oh dear. This is embarrassing.

Erick, please understand. I flirt with Johnny. I flirted with Poptart that one time. I flirted with Simon before he... I don't know, was killed when the complete lack of friction between his buttcheeks made him trip and bash his head on a rock while skipping through a meadow.

This is not flirting. Flirting is a sign of connection. You exist in my mind as an abstraction. Like global warming, if global warming looked like Halle Berry. We are merely bantering, as one might with a complete stranger you've known for ten years.

I never meant to lead you on. But, if I did... it was your fault, for thinking I was leading you on.

Good god, ten years. Time seemed much shorter when counting these years in number of Bieber albums released.

New skis. Current pair are getting long in the tooth. The new pair are slightly wider profile compared to my current pair so should be better yet for off piste. I demoed those super fat skis once and they just don't agree with my style. I like faster turning skies even when they are running in deep stuff. My last pair are/were incredible. I'm hoping these are even better. Oh and went just a tad shorter. I weigh less so the shorter ski will be even more nimble for me.

My mind is skiing on them already.

I’m participating in a Secret Santa gift exchange on another forum I belong too. I’m really excited!!!
I have lots of sleuthing to do for my recipient.

Annnnddddd I’ve been trying my best to lift folks spirits. I think it’s working, I’m not sure.

But it’s nice to help others feel important and better than lament and bemoan my own shortcomings.

Feels nice to help others. :)

Just booked myself tickets to finally see both WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown live when they come back to the 02 in London in March next year.

Because fuck it, I wanted to.

Well at a couple points the Judge was clearly tired of the bull shit from the other side.

My soon to be ex made a comment of "we lived in Marty land" referring to our "standard of living" and expenses. At one point they want to say we spent every dime on me, but then their argument turns to "marital standard of living" and we're now talking about how we took vacations that my ex can't disclaim enjoying them... Anyways after the "Marty land" comment the Judge grilled her a bit about did she agree to do this things (yes), did you ever propose otherwise (no). It was clear the Judge was questioning her testimony on many points.

The other attorney was trying to point out how I can live way better (buying dirt bike parts and having a beer in a bar...) then the poor desperate soul of my ex. Well maybe the ex needs to drop the intentionally unemployed routine. This is the part where my attorney and I are not sure where the Judge sits. So TBD on that. We know he is not buying the zero income but beyond that is anyone's guess.

Oh, what really made me laugh: Well they even took the time to point out I went skiing with the "Ski-Bums" and noted a couple of my visits to Hi Tops in the Castro from my credit card transactions (personal card after separation). We already addressed my ski trips so this was explicitly just calling out "Ski-Bums". Undoubtedly the other party has googled Hi Tops and Ski-Bums. Undoubtedly the other attorney figured she was going to rattle my cage with that - wrong! I'm proud so go fuck off is what I would tell her if I could! So I can safely assume that the other party knows I'm gay. In response to being questioned about Hi Tops I simply smiled and responded that it looked like I had a couple beers. I was temped to mention that I had a BF who lived in the Castro hence my visits to the area being frequent. I could also have responded saying that since I'm gay I like hanging out in the Castro as I feel comfortable there. But I took the high road and kept all my responses above the belt. She can own all the hate - I want none of that in me any more.

I also got question about some transactions at a place called Wake Island. Had to explain it is a cable park and what that was. When the other attorney cracked a joke about being educated I retorted that I was glad this was being a productive use of time for her. She was being unprofessional, I kept pretty clean the whole time for the most part. The Judge didn't even blink an eye at my comment so it took a bit of wind out of her sail at that point. I made sure to note first that the transactions she was pointing at was a whopping $12 to which I said looks like I bought 3 beers making note of how trivial she was getting which lending to the Judge letting my comment slide. From there I kept it really clean as I knew the Judge would only permit so much of that before having to take control of his court room, rightfully so.

Anyways I guess I can smile also because my part in having to go through this shit is done; for now at least. No more trips to court; just wait for the Judges ruling after he gets the final arguments.

I told you all a few days ago my snow-dar was going off.

There spots left on the bus going to Heavenly on December 15th. Being the farthest Tahoe resort away from me a bus trip would be awesome sparing me a nasty drive.

It can kinda rub off can't it!

My eldest sister is quite up, even when she is down. I find her an endless inspiration at times.

I saw something really heart warming today, i was on my way for a drive, sat at the in a queue of traffic at a junction.

This old lady had a bag of shopping and was inching her way towards the crossing and fell, not hard, but she went down.

Her shopping spilled out of her bag and suddenly two guys jumped out of a van at the lights and rushed to help her and grab her shopping.

I know it's just a little thing, but it reminded me there are good people in the world.

Those two rough workmen, made me smile.
