Aw thank you Chris

I don't think it was people to be honest so much as me neglecting my own mental health the last few weeks.

I'm thinking (but better posted here): Everyone, at times, has to learn to take a little better care of themselves. It's ok.

I just looked at my vacation balance. I've been here now for 20 years so next year I will get an extra weeks vacation. I'm going to need to have a concentrated effort to use it all. This year they were kind enough to give me extra day. I was having issues using it all before the end of the year as it was and now I have another day to ditch... I could post on the meetup group and see if anyone would like to do a mid week ski trip for a day or two.

I haven't been loosing any weight but just kind of hovering. However I suspected that my body was still changing. Through my quest for health and fitness, I've been measuring my weight but nothing else. Well I decided to track waste measurement. Although I did not lose any weight I did take 1/2 inch off my waste between August 15th and now. I attribute that to the increased activity on the rowing machine. Replacing fat with muscle explains the neutral weight loss but reduce waste measurement. I think I'll keep that up. LoL

it's not my favorite but it gets me interested and want to watch more for some reason. Don't really agree with what they say at the end... "if you don't love yourself how the hell do you expect someone else to. can i get an amen."

A friend got me into the last season, I haven't watched the latest one. I did love some of it, liked other parts less. But it does a good job of being entertaining.

Checking valve clearences. Titanium valves don't last forever. Darn race bikes sacrificing durability for outright speed.

The Secret Santa exchange I participated in on audiokarma went well. My recipient received his gift! :) He’s pretty excited about it.

Even got to see a picture!
I got something right for once! :)
