And even if you're not a criminal and have one, you will be suspected of being a criminal as many places won't accept them for fears they are forgeries :facepalm2:

The only £50 note I ever saw in my old cash office — and we processed about £40,000 in notes weekly — was a forgery.

Awesome!
At least he will get some recognition. Even if it is decades too late.

London is full of fake classical façades. Plaster made to look like stonework. Columns that bear no loads. It's just decorative tosh.

High-density glass and steel skyscrapers are more sustainable than the low-density neo-neo-classical sprawl these two dweebs envision.

We're not going to fit the world's future 10 billion into 3-storey classical buildings.

I’m not sure that they were advocating for what are essentially McMansion-style buildings.

Oh jeeze. Not every building needs to be sustainable or gluten free or non-GMO or whatever other buzzword urban planners love to drop. The reality is most all cities are beginning to look alike. I highly doubt that the sky fell because Barcelona gave free rein to Gaudí to create a few of its buildings.

Nearly all neoclassical buildings in London, which they're putting on a pedestal, are like that though.

I was talking with a co-worker. Actually we have worked in the same group for a long time. I have a serious opportunity that I'm working on but will be on vacation next week so I was looking for someone I trust in their abilities. We actually have been talking just a little more because both of us have plans to retire soon, the group we work in has taken a turn where they are so bad about being Politically Incorrect. They were already told by mgmt to cut that but they persist... Anyways, in the middle of that discussion:

I asked him first "can I trust you" and he instantly said sure. Basically he had just done the same with me but over issues he has with how our group acts. So that's when I said "I'm gay". Normally the first thing I get back is some reaction of surprise. His response - "so am I". LoL Afterwards it went down the "your were married!" path of course.

The kitten is doing really well. I'm gonna take it to the vet tomorrow. But it's totally accepted me and cries when it wakes up until i pet it for a few minutes.

But they've been eating and drinking great.

My cat's havent been too accepting but i expected that. So ive been keeping him in a cage. I bought a bigger cage so it can wander more. And some kitten Formula which i give available at all times.

Hes so cute. Just hope his vet appt goes okay tomorrow.

After the vet, let him roam. Your cats will have to learn to get along. ;)

Nah he's to small. I dont think my 2 will hurt him. But im afraid that they could. They hide as soon as i bring him out. But im afraid of him getting to close.

I was bottle feeding him for the first 2 days but he seems to be okay with food and water. But i still sprinkle that with the kitten formula.

He's not ready to be let loose. He's still adjusting. I just don't want my cats hissing at him to be part of it.

Hes in the cage now and will wake me up around 1ish. But im okay to just give him some loving

He's a cat, not a child. He'll get too close, they'll hiss, maybe swipe. But even as an adult, they'll do the same until they adjust. The main thing is that the other cats know you're the master (Alpha) and so they won't hurt him. But he needs to explore. Talk to your vet about it.:)

It's Friday. I got all my "work" done and only have admin tasks left - making travel reservations for an upcoming trip. I could have stayed in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN. I chose Nashville so a couple nights out for some good music and drink will also happen.

So "Wellness Friday" and my vacation will start a few hours early.

Now to go get some spark plugs, oil and filter for the V-Rod. Got to take proper care of the toys!

The kitten is doing great.

She ( im pretty sure its a girl) was like a totally different cat today then the small fragile kitten she was pretending to be. :D

She's been able to run free most of today and she's doing great. At one point she kept trying to pounce on my belly button. Lol. It was so cute. She's exploring everything.

My 2 have been doing much better with her to. She just doesnt know yet and keeps trying to attack there tails. And there not that open to her yet.

For food i did buy kitten formula replacement. And i was happy to see she drank it from a bowl with no problems. But after about the first day she only wants soft canned food and water. I sprinkle the formula into the food to so its more nutritious for a kitten. Most canned food is terrible nutrition wise. I always make sure theres some milk made up. But she doesn't seem interested.

Tomorrow i think I'm gonna get her some more toys and let her explore more. She's definitely looking for more things to keep her mind busy.

Just a few minutes ago i tried her in the main litter box and she pee'd. She's doing so good.

Didnt make it to the vet today but ill be taking her any day.

Still no name yet. ?????

Love ke said, they see you as the alpha cat to them, they're forced to accept the new one. Obviously, like people they must accept it--that doesn't mean they have.to like it. :P

Make sure to leave some scent in the litter box so she learns!

As for a name, can't help you there. That's personal. :)

Spent 2 days building a beautiful 8' wide garden gate with my son. He was hungry to learn some skills with hand tools and power tools. [I said, rolling my eyes in anticipation of the "hand tool" and 'power tool" jokes here.] The gate turned out better than I imagined, and it should last for years. It was quality father/son time, and I'll remember it every time I walk through that gate.
