Reading in the Wasteland section. It mostly makes me smile. People that tell their name and where they're from. And then they want to have sex with ... I dunno. like everyone, 7.6 something billions of ... well you would have to subtract the kids, the coma patients, the poor, those with air travel anxiety issues.... I just wondered, how a conversation with someone like that would be.

"Hi, I'm XXXXX and I am at XXXXXXX. Let's have sex"
If ya want to hang with me, let's go windsurfing!

Got a haircut today. The person cutting my hair ended with "looks sharp, clean cut". Well I guess I have to admit that's my tribe - clean cut daddy - that I'm forced to live the life of. I think I'll head on out the Castro tonight.

I had a nice relaxing two days off with my husband, though I didn’t do much work on my RPG game. I have been spending my time on Paper Mario 64. :P

The thought that it's not my fault I'm a Daddy in fairly decent shape and that younger hot guys are constantly after me. This is my worst problem in life.

How stressed are you that you have to wear a mouth guard to stop yourself shattering your own teeth from clenching? :squint:

I don’t think I’m stressed but maybe I am? I feel like my job isn’t that stressful—annoying, yes, but not that stressful—and nothing else in my life should be giving me the heebie-jeebies. Maybe it’s just the way I sleep? My parents have a similar problem except they’re grinders not clenchers.

You / your parents aren't on antidepressants, are you? The most commonly used ones almost universally cause teeth grinding / jaw clenching, but very few doctors seem to be aware of this side effect and most patients either don't realise it's happening or don't figure out what's causing it.

You need better pubs in the UK apparently.

My dentists always tell me that I grind my teeth. Like I didn't know. Always been that way (becoming the story of my life haha).

And most importantly, welcome back René!

No, and I don’t think my parents are either.

I got my epic ski pass in the mail today! So far I have Park City early Jan, Whistler at the end of Feb, and Mammoth/Elevation (non epic) Gay Ski week in mid March. As I tell people, Mammoth in March never disappoints! Just the two trips to Epic resorts gets me to about break even on the pass. I'll do a bunch of local trips to Kirkwood, Northstar and Heavenly this year. I'll likely not ski a day at my old hang of Sugar bowl of which I'll always have fond memories of shredding the Palisades there. Kirkwood got 56" of snow since Sunday and that's not counting what ever happened up there today. Mammoth is getting hammered with snow even more. This keeps up and my ski season will start soon. I don't go until there's enough to cover the boulders off-piste where I tend to run. Generally 10' is my mark for start of season; that generally equates to a nice solid 100" base. Anything less and the granite takes its toll on the base of the skis.

I had another good weekend with my husband. The game continues to be created and two new areas were finished and play tested...more freezing wilderness.
