Doing another rearranging of my bookshelves (because when I get restless I re-organise stuff that doesn't need it) I found my very expensive blu ray box set of every animated Disney film from Snow White through to like Wreck-It Ralph 2.

I can't believe I just put it away and casually forgot about it but now all I want is to watch some old Disney musicals.

Unfortunately not in the box set as it's not a purely animated film (same reason Mary Poppins was left out to my great frustration) but I shall find a way to watch it regardless, considering it's on my list of 'musicals I need to see but haven't yet for some reason.'

Wait wait wait, you haven't even seen in? You know nothing of the magical Isle of Naboombu? What even is your life at this point? Rectify this. Immediately.

The list of films I should have seen but haven't is probably the single longest list ever and I doubt I will ever have the attention span necessary to properly rectify the situation.

There's only one kind of tough love I enjoy receiving and it isn't demands to watch a musical...

I just got 6 questions right in the University Challenge final. That’s 3 times better than my previous personal best.

At least, I was able to make a grocery store run today... Sad when that is a Big Outing. It was nice in that I ran across several people I know--some not totally unexpected (a favorite cashier), but also someone I know casually who was shopping. I ended up making it longer trip than has been the case recently--recently it's been get in and get out fast--which gave me a chance to find out that no, yeast isn't back in stock. (Surprise, surprise!) But I also found a new laundry detergent I might try... (Oh, wow! Talk about excitement! A new laundry detergent.)

I get an additional 178 dollars with my 16 dollars they were giving me on my food stamps. I should get my stimulus check next Friday... so they say.

My friends daughter keeps running back and forth giving me kisses and hugs. She’s a dork. I think she’s buttering me up to give her some candy or ice cream.
