I met up with my best friend today after how many months of total lockdown in the country.
Most shops have been open for 2 days now and we're back to our work on Monday running the medical university reception desk and balancing our other admin work. It's going to be a crush.
We had SK food and laughed about planning to quit our jobs.
Money can't buy happiness; but we'll sell it to you anyway.

I like working again, and now I get to twice a week. It’s a great way to get me out of the house...and to exercise.

I’ve binge watched the fifth season of She Ra with my husband tonight. It had a pretty satisfying ending to the series.
Why are you?

Met my sister and went for a walk. It’s such a lovely day here and went through the park by the river, it was beautiful. It was so nice catching up too and actually seeing my sister in person for the first time in however long.

I think the walk was also needed after ten days straight working from my makeshift ‘work from home suite’ comprised of a low coffee table, an uncomfortable chair and some stacked board games. My back is a little sore but hopefully should start to realign now.

after 5 weeks and being late by two weeks my new-to-me 3rd gen Thinkpad X1 Carbon finally came in the mail, and I got it up and running wih a valid windows 10 activation. I'm finding myself enjoying using it instead of spending all my time locked to my computer chair

Playing the Assassin's Creed series and still tinkering in Civilization VI has managed to renew my interest in reading about history, so back to my historical biographies of Russian leaders I go!

I’m finished another dungeon in Manjulias RPG. It’s a’safe storage’ dungeon with lots of traps, guardian monsters and a few puzzles. I’ve done tons of other work on the project over the last month as well. :)

Just the knowledge that it’s Friday tomorrow. I know a lot of people feel all days are the same at the moment but it’ll be nice not being hunched over my makeshift WFH desk again and allowing my spine to realign.
