I'm 28 years old.

I thought I was beyond a video game being able to reduce me to controller-throwing levels of actually shaking with pure hatred and rage, but Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood just proved that wrong and now I'm angry at and ashamed of myself.

One of my flatmates used to ragequit Bloodborne on the daily. I just didn't understand how he could get so fucking angry at a game. So, I started playing it myself to see what all the fuss was about. Blood was boiling by the fifteenth loss to motherfucking Father Gascoigne. I kind of understand it.

Now I mostly play strategy games and get furious whenever the bloody Aztec Republic break the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and cancel arms shipments. And I'm up to my fucking ears in domestic budgetary issues. Launching a few WMDs into Tenochtitlan would be a quite nice way to let off steam, actually, think I'll do that.

Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc are removing content that suggests vitamin C can help treat COVID-19. This is despite mounting scientific evidence that high doses (3-6 g orally per day) can in fact prevent or lessen the severity of viral infections, and in particular viral respiratory infections (like COVID-19). Even-higher doses administered intravenously shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation in ICU patients!

You played Eu4? I dont mind Hearts of Iron, but I find that, once the war starts, there is literally no downtime. Which makes sense I suppose.

I've not played Europa Universalis, no, but it looks pretty great. Strongly considering buying it, after a read of the manual. I'll get the basic game and see how I like it.

If I happen to disappear for a few weeks, you know the reason.

I’ve been trying to learn Korean and the pronunciation is kicking my ass. Lots of vowels sound nearly identical.

Can we add Trump to the thread? Or is that a taboo topic or deserves it's own topic?

Doesn’t vitamin C help to prevent most illnesses?

Well, your immune system uses it and depletes it when actively fighting an infection, so yes, in the case of bacterial and viral infections.

But I mean him no harm. I just want to hold him and smell him a little. :(
