Wow lol
The least he could've done is let you answer the question!

I’m pretty sure he realized he dialed the wrong number too.

Guys... I'm worried about the President.
All my grandparents seemed much more lucid when they were 79. I don't think I ever saw any of them try to shake hands with thin air or wander around looking confused like this.

I guess that means we’ll just have to bring Trump back.

I'm feeling a bit low right now, since this will be my second year going without the seder to welcome the start of Passover.

I'd be worried if his ability to talk or walk had any effect on his ability to do his job. I don't think the Democrats should even bother running a person next time, it could just be a sticky note that says "President".

What worries me more is how few media outlets are talking about it. I recall when Trump exhibited some dodgy behaviour and traits, there was a scramble to have him submit to a cognitive test to assess his fitness for office. I mean, that ship had already sailed. Anyone with sense could recognise he wasn't fit for government office. But the complete silence in mainstream media and in alternative media aswell, regarding Biden's clear and complete degeneration, is incredibly telling of the political slant within those institutions and it doesn't bode well for a free and democratic society. Which, I suppose, the US never has been. Lets be honest, it's a plutocratic oligarchy these days.

I’d rather the United States have a president who shakes hands with ghosts than tell the world he could shoot someone and not get in trouble for it!

I'd rather the US had a president that was competent. Or a government that was the same. Unfortunately, in the US as in the UK (and Canada too) politicians aren't of much quality these days.rogonandi wrote:PopTart wrote:René wrote:Guys... I'm worried about the President.

How do we know he was trying to shake someone’s hand as opposed to just signaling the applauding crowd?
Blow: "Nowadays even Liam can release an album of his screechy vocals and it'll probably go #1..."
Ramzus: I can admit that I'm horny just about 24/7
homomorphism: I used to not think your name was deshay and that Erick was just being racist
Hunter: sometimes I think I was literally born to be a pornstar

Because the weirdest/lewdest explanation is always the best because it’s the most interesting.

Re: What put a frown on your face today?
I'm beginning to realise how hard and unnatural it is for me to take the initiative in friendships / relationships without feeling like a burden. Not sure what this says about me but all human interaction is so unnatural to me unless the other person makes most of the effort. I don't do it on purpose but I never realised how passive I was before

Aren’t you just describing what being a bottom is like? Sometimes I wonder if bottoms are bottoms because they like it or because they’re just lazy and want someone else to do all the work.

Is that because you regard the office as essentially ceremonial in nature as opposed to actually impacting the country in some way?

When it's a Democrat? Yes.

Oh come off it!

I don't know how anyone can take the laundry list of evidence that the guy is cognitively impaired and genuinely seek to argue against it while keeping a straight face.
I get it, Trump bad. It was Biden or Trump. But is Trump really in the US's rear view mirror? Or is he hiding in the footwell behind the drivers seat, waiting for the next election.
Hanging out this charade is not helping to build a foundation to combat Trumps return in 2024 or a Trumpian style Republican.
Biden is a joke. He might be seemingly benign, but honestly, you guys don't seem to understand how the rest of the world percieves him and the Americans for electing him. It's just compounding all the judgements they made about Trump. The US has doubled down on stupid.
Now if we could just get someone to replace bodge-it-Bojo and Robo-Starmer here in the UK, we might have a leg to stand on in our criticism

Re: What put a frown on your face today?
Ugh sorry to post here again
but I keep making so much effort with a total asshole. Can't seem to accept I've been manipulated, keep hoping to idk get something back, find out what went wrong, what I did wrong. Makes me feel like it's all my fault.
I mean, I'm crap at small talk. Don't reach out much or talk about my day, sure. Probably on the autistic spectrum alongside the anxiety / low mood I often feel. I mean I try my best but the odds aren't good.
I need to broom this person like he's broomed me, but I can't bring myself to do it. But seriously I've never encountered such a **** before. He does it in such a way as to always make me feel like the problem. It's mental torture.
Grrrrr
Everything involving other people is just the worst
