Hello!

I’m a 27 year old man that is just now starting to recognize and accept his sexuality...I think. Looking for likeminded individuals that have gone through a similar processes. I’ve been heterosexual my entire life. Grew up crushing on women, falling in love with women and even having a child with one that I was prepared to spend the rest of my life with. It wasn’t until the past 6 months over lockdown I’ve been questioning everything I once knew about myself. The one thing that has always been a certain for me was my love of women. Facing this reality and recognition is a very scary feet at 27 when you think you know yourself. As I said, I’m looking for guidance and ways to maneuver through this.

Hey, welcome to the forum

I hope posting here will be helpful in figuring yourself out.

It is thought that sexual orientation is an intrinsic, unchanging property, though it may not fully manifest itself right away. You don't go from being heterosexual to being attracted to guys. You can be bisexual and not discover the gay side of things until later, though.
