Long time absent

Unread postby Gandalf » 26 August 2020, 04:16

Morning all

It's been a really very long time since I visited this "establishment" so I suppose it's ok to re-introduce...

For the most part, I live in Johannesburg, but also have a weekend retreat at Voelkop, which is just about the only mens only resort in South Africa.

Voelkop is just on 120Km from Jhb and is set out in the bushveldt amongst the granite hills from where the famous "Rustenberg" granite is mined.

So me, myself & I pop out there very frequently and "hookup" with myself before having to come back to society.

Basically I'm single, not that keen to couple a relationship again, and I live with my son (whome I fostered in 1994 as a 14 year old lad.

He is now married and has 2 children (who call me gramps), The eldest a boy, turned 11 yesterday and a girl a year younger.

About 7 years ago I bought them a house and I live peacefully in the cottage on the property with my three dogs, SCRUFFY, a x Yorky - dapple dushhound, GOOLY_GONE a mongrel that I rescued from starvation in a squatter camp, who, since he's been neutered.... :noes: . Well his goolies are gone.... :D and GRUMBLES my Doberman bitch...

They kindly let me share my wee bed every night....

So that's that then.. Looking ahead to hearing from you guys,

have a good one
