I need some book recommendations
It could be about gay books or not about gay books. I'll read the forewords and choose one of them.
Also, you can suggest me anything. For example, if you have a favorite publishing house, I'll check their books as well.

Yeah to further what shaved nudist has asked. You should give more details on what your interest are. What genres? Maybe some books you've enjoyed in the past.
There's thousands if not millions of different books lol.
Narrowing it a bit would help you find some you might enjoy.

I love ''call me by your name'', ''A Single Man''.
I also love secret relationships (It can be a married man, or a closeted guy's relationship)
Extra note: Sex scenes are plus

The Inheritance Trilogy by N.K. Jemison. I'm recommending it to everyone looking for books to read at this point. It has amazing world building, and just sucks you right into the story. Plus I like that it is told from different perspectives from book to book. Gives it a great appeal for me.

The Foreshadowing by Marcus Sedgwick - a friend in a Facebook group I am in shared this and I like the concept
It’s hard to explain it without giving away the story, but it’s about a girl who experiences premonitions, including one of her brothers death and goes to extreme lengths to prevent it (signing up to become a nurse in the war, failing, and then sneaking in anyway) - I read this a fair few years ago but it was very good!

Albert Camus' Caligula is a good one. Another, I think, would have to be Christopher Paolini's To Sleep in a Sea of Stars.

I love anything by Tennessee Williams, his plays are something really special. You should check out Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Suddenly Last Summer, Streetcar Named Desire, etc.

If you enjoy reading about gay life in times past, here are a few good ones ... "A Dancer from the Dance" (Andrew Holleran), "City of Night" (John Rechy), "A Boy's Own Story" (Edmund White), "The Front Runner" (Patricia Nell Warren), "The Hours" (Michael Cunningham) and — if you want to go way back — "The Persian Boy" (Mary Renault).

Re: I need some book recommendations
Definitely ‘Call Me By Your Name’ is a great gay related book suggestion. It is very similar to the movie, yet very different. Way better. I found the movie to be a little boring at some parts. But the book is like a breath of fresh air. It doesn’t feel boring or slow at all. It is very sweet, sassy, captivating. It reminds all of us of when we had our first crush.
Then I don’t know if you like scary books. But if you do I really suggest to read It by Stephen King. It is a little long, but definitely worth it.
Hope these suggestions helped
