I think Meat Loaf is pretty underrated to be honest. One of the giants of classic rock :keke:

@SimpleMan yeah totally understand what you mean, but at the same time this generation needs a band with a 70's feel to it.

Postal Service one of my favorite bands back in high school.

My favorite song by them

There are very few recordings that come close to touching on the divine like this one. Listen to it alone when you are distressed and in need of something unspoken. Its brilliance lies in the simplicity of the lyrics, yet his voice is anything but simple.

If you don't get it, I'm sorry. Move on.

To be fair that quote was with a different song. I totally agree with you on this song. Even think its one of phil Spector's best productions. :)

It's weird, I'm only a fan because of my dad. I never thought I was that much of a rock fan before but I'm getting really into it lately, especially the classic stuff from the 60s to the late 80s/early-mid 90s. But I gotta say I do love him, he's so unique. I forgot about him for ages and ages though, I only remembered how good I thought he was from a couple of compilation CDs I bought in the last few months :P

And I gotta see that! I had no idea something like that was coming up. I just knew Elton's planning to retire from touring soon which is understandable. Sad though :(

If you haven't watched Kinky Boots, do yourself a favor. It's a light piece of fluff, but fun. Chiwetel Ejiofor is outstanding as an actor and a singer. He rocks a pair of boots with heels too!

you know Cyndi Lauper wrote the music for kinky boots? :D. I believe she won an award for it a couple years back when kinky boots swept the Tony's.

Brendon Urie of panic at the disco played the lead in the play On broadway. ;)

Cyndi Lauper is amazing! :P

'True Colors' is probably my fav song of hers. It's not the catchiest, most upbeat or most unique song ever imo (welp maybe I'm being a bit harsh with that last one), but I love the meaning behind it. I love Cyndi :keke:

Aw no Toddo, your video's unavailable in my country! I might look it up later though, The Struts seem pretty unique. They do have kind of a '70s feel to them!

Gosh my music taste seems so old-fashioned and out of touch compared to other people's. I only know oldies :P

Welp, time to post another vid myself.
