As a huge john lennon fan ( I've said over and over. )
I think this would be MY theme song of this time.

Happy 4/20 y’all. Here’s a song for the moment.

“Don't take my devils away, because my angels may flee too.”

Look for the Good by Jason Mraz. He just released it on Friday and I'm loving it!

Another song of moment is the song Your body is so hot by Sarantis Kremizakis. I always make me feel summer time when I hear it.

Went off Gorillaz for a while as kept hearing the same few songs to death but have been listening to them a bit lately, this is my favourite just wish the few times it gets radio play it wasn't the dance remix as it don't have the grittiness this version has.

Decided to try and remember the first version I ever heard of my favourite song and it's this version that I heard in a very early episode of Scrubs

I always thought Jeff Buckley did such a good job of this song that it's almost his song to me now. He brought such a nice mix of vocal range and genuine emotional depth to the song.

I mean I can't argue that. I've heard probably dozens of covers of this song and his is definitely right up at the top of the list. I prefer his version of John Cale's but Cale's was the first version I ever heard so it'll always have a significant place in my heart.

Top 3 for me will always be the Leonard Cohen original, the Jeff Buckley version and the John Cale version.

I was listening to some Bonnie Prince Billy and glanced at the video... It's filmed in where I live! Hadn't noticed. Switches between Byres Road in the West End of Glasgow (street with loads of bars next to the uni) and the Glasgow necropolis.

All this talk of EDM in the frowny thread. Have some DJ Sharda.

Boppin'. Now for a weird juxtaposition into some of Jamie xx's solo stuff:

Staying up 'till 3am and listening to Captain Beefheart. Not done that in a while. I'm getting flashback tracers, maaaaaaan…

Ah, The Old Gray Whistle Test. Like Top of the Pops, but you actually had to sing and play your instruments.
