TV Show of the Moment
Re: TV Show of the Moment
I finally caught up to the rest of the world and watched Queen’s Gambit. It was good. I am usually disappointed when I watch shows with this much hype.
Are all the leading actors these days English? Not complaining. Just an observation.
And look at Dudley all skinny and grown up!

Season 2 of The Mandalorian was a big step up on Season 1.

Re: TV Show of the Moment
Currently watching seasons two of His Dark Materials, Hilda, and Babylon 5 with our boyfriend.
I just started watching it, after re-watching most of S1 with my dad.

Re: TV Show of the Moment
My insistence on reading the books first, along with my wild problem with procrastination, has thus far forbidden me from watching His Dark Materials even though I see friends on Facebook raving about how great it is.
OT: I want to watch season 3 of Westworld at long last but I'm a forgetful bitch with a bad memory so I'm going to start a rewatch of season 1 and 2 first.

Netflix is releasing season 3 of Cobra Kai one week earlier!!!

Blow: "Nowadays even Liam can release an album of his screechy vocals and it'll probably go #1..."
Ramzus: I can admit that I'm horny just about 24/7
homomorphism: I used to not think your name was deshay and that Erick was just being racist
Hunter: sometimes I think I was literally born to be a pornstar

His boss also made him promise to watch at least 2 episodes of Hogan's Heroes, a sitcom from the 1960s set in a German POW camp during the second World War. We just did, and it's actually very funny!

LOL. I grew up with Hogan's Heroes. Good old-fashioned Nazi slapstick comedy.

I’ve heard the title, but I always dismissed it all-but-immediately having assumed it was somehow affiliated with Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

Only Connect on BBC2 is the most ridiculously difficult TV quiz show ever devised. I thought University Challenge made me feel stupid, but this? If I even get close to a right answer, I feel like I’ve won. I don’t know where they’re finding teams of people to play this from.

People actually sit at home trying to answer the questions on quiz shows?
I thought the only people who actually properly did that were my parents when they cheat at Countdown.

Oh I’m sorry, what else am I supposed to be doing with my evenings? I’ve got to stay home, Boris says so.

I can think of many things better to do than put yourself in a position to feel stupid. That's why I destroyed my Rubik's Cube many years ago.
Though I am spending my time getting irrationally angry at a sports game these days, so maybe my ability to pass comment is somewhat compromised.

I do not have standard television, so I am unable to comply with your insane demand.

I’m watching Supernatural. I tried a long time ago but couldn’t get past the bad acting. I think my boredom level has dropped low enough to tolerate it. The hotties help too.
