What games are you playing?

I already finished this. Games used to be so short.
Did ancient civilizations have nothing better to do than build massive, elaborate puzzles to hide a single piece of treasure? Forget the jewels. You could make a lot more money turning these places into theme parks and selling tickets.

I started Cyberpunk 2077. I was able to choose my penis type and size. Why? I could not tell you.

I’m still playing Pokémon Ultra Moon. The protagonist character is so creepy, with his constant vacant smiling.

Redownloaded Alien: Isolation because I fancy a dip into horror games again... this will inevitably end the same way it always does.
Also bought FIFA 21 because I am scum.

You should get the original Alien Trilogy. I think it was for PS1, if not very early PS2. That game used to scare me so much as a child that the cheat code for invincibility is indelibly stained into my memory (1g0tp1nk8c1db00ts0n)

I have vague memories of watching my brother playing that game back when I was but a wee nipper, weirdly.

It seems that Cyberpunk is too buggy. Looks like I will have to finish the Unchartered series while I wait for them to fix it. I might even have to get a PS5 since it seems to have a lot of problems on older consoles.
I really wish they would consider my lack of a personal life when they plan these things.

Still playing Klondie with Aisleriot. But I'm getting a little bored... Although it does run nicely, even on an ancient AMD CPU!
Although I've found that win rate seems to be higher when it's set for infinite redeals, and deals of one card at a time.
I also finally won Clock solitaire a few days ago (also an Aisleriot option).
I had one of my ancient Macs running a few days ago, and toyed with Scrabble...which only reminds me that I really don't like that version of Scrabble. (I do--or did--like the board game.)

Re: What games are you playing?
Can't play Cyberpunk 2077 because it's so broken on PS4 that Sony took it off the store and issued refunds, so I decided to finally check out The Witcher 3 that I've owned for like a solid year at least but never got round to properly.
Also FIFA 21 is taking up a lot of my time. Mainly from me trying to get a Career Mode going but my own ludicrous illogical indecisiveness and obsessiveness getting in my own damn way about basic things like do I make a custom player or just pick an existing one? What playing position should I pick? Which team should I pick to start out on? Is the player good-looking? Does their in-game render look anything like them or is it a hideous generic homunculus?

First impressions are good. It's going to be a challenge for this game to keep my attention though, because it's always hard for any single thing to command my attention for long because I have the attention span of a hummingbird off its tits on cocaine.

I am the same way. I am an extreme example of an introverted over-thinker. I am constantly playing games or watching TV and movies to get some peace from my hyperactive brain. That is why I was surprised that I liked the game so much. It has a huge open world with many things to do to keep you engaged.

Re: What games are you playing?
I have a strong urge to play Stardew Valley, but I won't because a major update is supposed to be coming in the next few weeks. I have to wait for that, and then a few more weeks more for all the modders to update.

Why aren't there better and more affordable options for 4k/HDR gaming monitors? I'm living like a caveman here!

What about a TV? Brenden and I paid like £325 ($442, less at the time) for our 43" Samsung 4K HDR one. That seemed a good price, and he uses it for games. (I suppose the response time might be too slow to be ideal for competitive shooting games or whatever, but he doesn't play those.)

Re: What games are you playing?
Trying to get progress in Dragon Age: Inquisition but the more I do so the more I want to stop, go back and play Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II, and then come back to Inquisition because I didn't realise how much the plot actually follows on from those games.
I already own Origins but I'd need to hook my PS3 back up to play it and just... ugh.
