I don't know much about The Twilight Sad but I like their sound. They're clearly Scottish, no mistaking that :D

I'd love to see the cure in concert to. They inspired lot's of band's.

I didn't watch the killers play Glastonbury. But the Killer's are pretty well known to play cover songs in concert. And not just older bands they like. They cover new stuff to from muse to Kings of Leon.

I've always loved this cover fron them.

And some other's.

Been jamming to some Cornell covers all morning.
Really wish he would of made a cover album. One of the best voices to come from the grunge era

And then this popped up in the recommended video's.

You don't have a heart if that doesnt make you feel something. Leonard Cohen's music reads like an amazing poet.

Another band I liked but decided to call it a day towards the end of 2018, wish I could have seen them live as I imagine it will have made for a relentless live show

Probably the greatest cover song ever.

Although Dylan's is good to. There just very different.

Lol. The first comment is exactly what i was thinking.
Finally Hendrix and Dylan's version's are BOTH on youtube. Must be some pigs flying or something.

They are. Hendrix nails it though :) I actually like U2's cover of it too, is that blasphemy? :D

As far as covers go I can't follow that one. I'm stumped
Since I mentioned U2, here's of my favorites from them. One of their early hits lost to obscurity...

There are songs of love, songs of loss, songs of hope, death, joy, or despair. This is the only one I know which is all of the above. It captures a moment and a lifetime in the human experience.

This song is like quantum physics: if you think you understand it, you most likely don't. 1971, and it has no rival. "Let It Be" by Lennon-McCartney is the only thing that comes close for me.
