Society problems

Unread postby rustam1996 » 6 February 2021, 11:46

Hello everyone, I'm new here. My name is Rustam and I am from the Republic of Chechnya, I want to tell you my story. I consider myself gay since I was 15, now I'm 23 and soon 24. Everything was fine until recently. My loved ones did not know who I was, I had a relationship with my beloved boy. I hosted several LGBT publics on social networks and made a living from that. But recently the police came to me and took me to the police station. There they beat me up, took away my phone, removed all my LGBT groups. Later they told my parents everything, after which my parents turned their backs on me and kicked me out of the house. My boyfriend turned his back on me too, out of fear that they would find out about him too. I don't know what to do, I really want to leave, but there is no such opportunity yet. Share how you dealt with such situations, if anyone had.

Hi Rustam,
I’m so sorry! It sounds like you have been through a lot. I wish there was something I could do to help. I know people have turned their back on you and the police have been horrible, but you are paving the way for gays to come for centuries. Do not forget that.

In other countries in the world they went through the same struggled you are facing many years ago. You are so brave for having these Facebook groups etc and helping others to see it’s ok to be gay.
