Just an idea Imma throw out there. What if you wrote down on a piece of paper that you’re having a schizophrenic meltdown that way when you feel something coming on, you can get yourself to the hospital and hand it to someone so they can get you the help you need and keep you safe? I’d imagine that having a plan in place for something like this might make you feel safer and somewhat more in control of your life. It might relieve you of some of your anxiety.

I don’t think I need the hospital right now. I talk to my doctor on Thursday this week. My meds was increased. psych doctor at the hospital basically suggests the ECT along with meds. that’s scary for me to think about. My memory is already shot and ECT can case it more so.
