Considering what I have seen and what I endure, this isn’t a surprise at all.

I think people who go through a lot tend to be on the left of the spectrum. They tend to be a lot more understanding of others in similar situations

Here seems as good a place as any  or this thread: general-discussions/political-leaning-t2713/?hilit=politics

But honestly here would be fine too I'd imagine.

Pretty much what Zoop said. Alot of people here are exhausted with Brexit. The perpetual back and forth, the political gameplaying in Parliament and in Europe and the generally negative news coverage on a daily basis has made alot of people come to the conclusion, that it's all going to be a mess no matter what.

Most people doubt much will change beyond costs. It all depends on who you talk to really.

Sounds like the American's general opinion of their political system.

I think i feel the total opposite. I didnt grow up in money and have had to struggle to get where i am now. Nobody ever gave me a handout or helped me. Everything i have i worked hard for and feel proud of it. And that's made me really lean more to the right then the left. That's just my take on things out here though. I dont really like neither of the major parties out here much.

Yeah I understand that! :D

I think I was coming more from the viewpoint of people with mental health issues and such. The disadvantaged. Sometimes things stop people from being able to work for their own security as much as the next person. That's all I meant
