So I’m a 33 year old male and whilst I have had anal sex before (some good, some bad) the bad has always weighed out the good. I'm as confused about everything as anyone else on here but your best bet is probably to let it happen somewhat organically. Its probably a good idea to be clean down there but don't push for doing anal. Its usually best when it just happens as you are having sex to satisfy your partner as much as yourself.

Okay, here goes.

There are three guidelines for being in the best position for a good dicking down.

Number 1: Diet.

It sounds silly, I know. But honestly, diet should be every bottoms go to for ensuring optimal conditions for some bum stretching cock action. You wanna be consistently and reliably clean?
