Anyone have experience with Cockblock sex toy?

Hi all, I recently came across this new toy for two men called Cockblock - cockblocktoys.com - it seems very new and I'm curious to know if anybody has tried it yet, It has entry holes for TWO dicks – apparently its designed for two guys to have double penetration and frot. Has anybody used it yet? Would you recommend it?

I used that once. The other guy got his penis stuck and lost circulation, we had to call an ambulance. He nearly died! The doctor’s managed to save most of his penis, but it’s super dangerous.
