Being abstinent for a week - tips please!

I'm dating this guy I'm really attracted to and we have amazing sex. But I notice for me the sex is way better if I don't jerk off at least several days before we play together. I also stay harder longer and the orgasm is stronger. BUT I'm a super horny guy and I usually jerk off every day, sometimes a few times a day. Anyone have any tips for keeping my mind off sex and keeping my hand out of my pants? :D :thumbsup:

Well if that's what you want.... If I wanna do that I just watch a tv show or do some kind of physical exercise that works up a sweat and fails all my muscles.

Hey MD!

I also work from home (most of the time) and have a similar experience of sex/orgasm being way better the longer I wait to ejaculate, so I understand what you are talking about! A slow work day can make it tempting for me to have jack off breaks. And yes I agree with the other comments… staying busy and working out helps… but honestly it is more of a band-aid for the fact you are horny and have all those hormones surging through you. And I find some guys don’t have as intense a libido as I do and working out makes me way more horny so that does not work for me at all! Here is what I figured out…

I am happy to say I have had some big improvements in that area recently with what I have been learning and working on. I discovered the book by Mantak Chia called “Taoist Secrets of Love - Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”. Have you heard of it before? It is amazing! If you haven’t, there is so much here to learn and explore and I wish I knew this stuff sooner! This then led me to watching videos of guys on youtube talking about their experiences based on the book like the youtube channels “Sexual Kung Fu” and “Revolutionary Lifestyle Design”.

Like you I am the type of guy that likes to jack off 1-3 times a day, but I do notice it reduces my overall energy, motivation, and it can reduce my sensation when I have sex with my partner. It sounds like too good to be true but since I started learning these ancient Taoist techniques I have not only improved my enjoyment of sex and masturbation considerably, but also been able to go more days without ejaculating, while still being able to masturbate! Also beceause the stimulation is so much more with these techniques, sex is way more intense and even if I jack off, it does not reduce the sensation as much as before. But the goal of the Taoist philosophy is to ejaculate less (they acknowledge the extreme energy and vitality loss by ejaculating). For example, Steven Chang , Taoist Teacher uses this formula: Take your age and multiply it by 0.2. For me at 35 years means that I should only ejaculate once every 7 days. So I will give you a highlight of the various techniques and tell you why they work and make it easier to ejaculate less:

1. So first you learn to flex your PC muscles while you masturbate or have sex. Just by holding your PC muscles on an inhale while stimulating your dick and then relaxing it on the outbreath adds a lot of sensation especially as your PC muscles get stronger (because flexing the PC muscle stimulates the prostate – so basically you can get prostate stimulation without anyting in your butt!). And topping and doing this makes the sensation way more intense and enjoyable! I don’t need to pound and go as fast. Also I used to be bottom verse… but now with more sensation doing this I want to top way more often! I can get the sensation I want now even when going really slow! If you don’t know how to flex the PC muscles… try stopping the stream when you are peeing. Those are the muscles you want to flex and strengthen while having sex.

2. You can learn to have something called a dry orgasm. SO you can orgasm without ejaculating and thus not reducing your sensation for when you have sex later! This is really tricky and I have been working on it for a few months and can have some pretty intense dry orgasms (I know other people that have successfully done this). It took a few different sources of research to make sense of what to do, but if you want I can send those sources to you. But overall, I find even after I dry orgasm a few times in a row I can still feel horny, so this is where the ultimate technique comes in…

3. The “microcosmic orbit”. So this is the most exciting part of all this: it sounds like airy fairy bullshit… but the Taoists of Ancient China figured out how to transform sperm energy into higher forms of energy that can be used for things like improved heath, creativity and motivation! It sounds crazy but I have been doing it and I am a believer! It sounds weird but instead of cumming out of the body, you move the energy away from the testicles and as you do it you feel sexually satisfied and reduces your desire to cum.

In simple terms you learn how to draw the sperm chi energy from the testicles, up through the spine to the head (you can do this unaroused or aroused). Once you have moved enough energy to the brain you rotate it forwards and backwards and then move it down to the naval where it is stored and used for energy later by the body (this is based on the idea that all energy moves in circles like our solar system around the center of the galaxy, our planet around the sun etc.). And if you do this while masturbating or having sex, this is where full body orgasms come in to play. When the energy moves up from the testicles through the spine it can be very orgasmic, and the combination of this and the PC muscle clenching is extremely intense, and as you get better at it, it is mind blowing! When I am doing this watching porn it is so intense, I sometimes forget I am watching porn and my eyes close. And when actually having sex it can be so intense and amazing I can’t even. The guys I follow online talk about the benefits of not watching porn and I am starting to agree. I am starting to do the microcosmic orbit daily (aroused) without porn and feeling quite satisfied at the end of it, and thus saving all of that for my partner.

Anyways… hope these ideas are as helpful for you as they have been for me if you decide to explore it. It has definitely helped me ejaculate less, while still masturbating daily and having even more amazing sex with my man. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions! Yeah yeah, I get it all sounds too good to be true. I thought so when I started reading the book. I have no attachment to what anyone does with this information and obviously don't make any money from recommending a 35 year old book. Oh and BTW there are many versions of the book by the same author but I find the 1984 one is the best for learning the techniques. Ideally a guy would find a Taoist teacher to learn from, but I don't know where to find one so that is where the guys with the youtube channels are helpful. Jonathan White who has the "Sexual Kung Fu" channel mentioned he had a hard time mastering the techniques until he learned from a Taoist teacher. But I have had pretty good success learning it on my own.

Oh and I forgot to mention about when MD said he would not jack off for a few days so he would stay harder longer. Doing the PC muscle flexing also really helps with dick hardness. I already generally stay quite hard, but when you flex the PC muscles the hard penis basically flushes with blood and gets harder and the head flares more. So even if I jack off that day or the day before I have sex I can stay super hard. The bottom can even feel this every time I flex the PC muscles!
