Bottom Blues

Unread postby Gr4y20n » 11 May 2019, 07:34

Hey guys,

I have chatted on several forums over the years, all of which were hobbies. I don't know why I never thought to join a forum of this type. But anyways.

Bottom Blues is the title I choose because it fits the bill for me.

I've been the bottom in my 18 year relationship. Since high school. Probably till death.

I've been the sole bottom 16 of them years...

That's not my complaint.

My Complain or rant is regarding pain. I'm anxious by nature, and it took me a while to figure out the relaxing my muscles, I think. But no matter what lube we use techniques we try, it burns. Gel lube has worked the best, but nothing else. I'm super clean, no hemorrhoids or anything, Doc has gave clean bill of health. So now I'm starting to accept the fact.

My rant is because I can and want to hear others opinions.

Would love to someday drop pants whenever he wants me to.

Seems like you've already made up your mind that you're always going to be the bottom no matter how much it hurts. Have you tried masturbating with sex toys and using fingers to loosen up the anus? Does that hurt as well?

Haha, Oh yes, I have made up my mind. Toys and fingers burn 10x then a cock. Loosing it up helps sphincter. But my issue is burn. No matter what, I usually try to ignore it and enjoy everything else. But I have been having sex with this guy several times a week since 2002. So something should have worked by now. Thanks for your response!

Sucks that bottoming causes pain but if your doctor says you're fine i don't see much else you can do. Does it give you any pleasure?

Okay first of all what do you use to clean out? It could have something to do with that. Second, It will always kinda hurt when they first put it in but if you do it slowly and force yourself to relax it shouldn't be that bad of a pain and will go away in less than a minute. It's natural for your anus to clench up when getting penetrated but once you learn to catch that and force yourself to relax completely then its all smooth sailing from there. Third, maybe try being on top and sinking down on him? Fourth, silicone lube. And last but not least, maybe he's just way too thick for you.

Another thing to consider is hair around the hole. I found that it can cause that burning sensation. You might try shaving (razor and shave cream is the only way) in that area and see if that gets rid of the burning sensation during anal.

Other people gave pretty solid advice. I also recommend finding positions that suit you better. Sometimes if a guy has a monster cock, I have to start in one position and then switch to another.

The position that works best for me is on my back with my legs in the air. The curvature of a cock fits my rectum better.

The correct answer is a healthy diet.

Ooh, look at fat cat René over here, cleaning out his rectum with fibrous plants instead of a warm saline solution. Not everyone has was it takes to eat salad, René.

But they have what it takes to do the saline thing? I can't get my head around that. It sounds really gross. :runaway:

I mainly eat a lot of whole grains. I try to eat some fruit and vegetables every day but don't always manage to. Salad is not something I have that often.

The most constant thing in my diet, which I have every single day, is a wholegrain no-added-sugar breakfast cereal.
My favourite is actually wholewheat "wheats" (which are literally only wheat), of which I usually have about 68 g, adding 20 g of something like milled linseed with goji berries and seeds, whole milk, and a powder sweetener we put together ourselves consisting of pure stevia extract mixed with VitaFiber (isomaltooligosaccharide). It's absolutely delicious and very healthy :keke:
I cycle between like 8 different cereal variations on a day-to-day basis since I get bored easily.

Other than wholegrain cereal, fruits and vegetables, I often have nuts, seeds, peanut butter, wholegrain (crisp)bread/toast, mayonnaise, butter, full-fat (soft) cheese, full-fat hummus, Quorn vegetarian ham/chicken/turkey slices, whole milk, whey-based protein/meal-replacement-product shakes, wholegrain or legume-based pasta & sauce, honey, full-fat yogurt, chocolate... all no added sugar when possible, of course.

No fast food / crisps / chips / fries etc. pretty much ever. Never anything made from animals.

It's not that hard :P

(Obviously this is just what works for me. But there are plenty of healthy things to choose from that don't cause any problems for most people... it shouldn't be hard to avoid the bad stuff.)
