Doubt it considering it's an upper respiratory infection. :P
You can definitely transmit it during sex, though, (probably regardless of whether you're symptomatic or just a carrier / still incubating) just not via semen. There is no safe sex when it comes to this virus.

If your close enough to be receiving an infected person's semen, you have likely contracted the virus already

Its airborne, it survives for longer periods than is usual for viruses of this nature, outside of a living host and is transmitable through saliva.

So if you having any kind of sex with someone who is infected, expect to be at high risk of contracting the virus aswell.

And René beat me to it.

If you get it directly from the sperm bank it's probably fine.

I've gone celibate -- just thought it was an interesting question. Besides, how do you suck cock with a face mask on?

My guess? With ample lubrication and a resilient face mask.

Maybe a sock would serve better?

There are also always condoms and some offer flavored condoms for the better ugh... bj experience? That way when he cums you’re not consuming but i don’t think that would stop you from contracting the virus. Especially if you plan on making out or whatever.

I would take sides with Derek, René and PopTart on this. Also depends on the species the semen came from. For example, Angus bull, or maybe mallard duck semen might be completely okay. As long as it was not handled by any human carrier.

Already just talking to someone face to face at close range may cause virus transfer by droplet transmission.
Saliva, yepp. Kissing, you're right in the middle of the pool!

Get tested, wait over 14 days and don't meet and touch a lot of people, while waiting. After staying clean with no symptoms and get tested negative, you may fuck like Jesus at the Mount Olivet meeting, if ye like.

Take care!

Not exactly a research study, but here is The Guardian:

Also relevant to this topic: despite being generally considered and spreading as an upper respiratory infection, the virus also very often affects the digestive system:

I was gonna say that I was surprised that more hadn’t been said in the news regarding a possible gender bias, but that article seems very fucking wishy-washy and deliberately non-committal. It manages to be a source of concern whilst providing me no concrete or useful information. I’ll be honest and admit I was going to suggest John keep his sensationalised rumour-mongery to himself during a global crisis, but I can’t really stand against him when a mainstream news source is doing the same thing. It’s very disappointing.

Reference the digestive issues, for the reassurance of anyone reading, my stools maintain satisfactory firmness.

A total of nine studies were included.8-17 The results of the randomized effects model meta‐analysis showed that in the sex distribution of this disease men accounted for 60% (95% CI [0.54,0.65]) of COVID‐19 patients (Figure 2A), which was higher than women. The sensitivity analysis (Supporting Information Materials) showed that there was no study that greatly interfered with the results of this meta‐analysis, suggesting that the study was stable. A funnel plot was drawn to test the publication bias (Figure 2B). Publication bias test results: Egger's test (P = .312 > .1) indicated that there was no publication bias.

[…]

The study suggested that males account for 60% [95%CI (0.54, 0.65)] in the gender distribution of COVID‐19 patients. And a certain reason for it remains to be further explored. There are some studies that showed MERS‐COV and SARS‐COV have also been found to infect more males than females.22, 23 The reduced susceptibility of females to viral infections could be attributed to the protection from X chromosome and sex hormones, which play an essential role in innate and adaptive immunity.24 But men should pay more attention to protective measures.

Not sure if it's mentioned in the paper, but I think that some are theorising that there's a behavioral element, too. Men tend to smoke more, tend to more often work in jobs which can cause health issues, and tend to have generally less healthy lifestyles than women, and so might be more susceptible to the effects of the virus.
