Having a hard time

What are some of the things a person can do when he is expecting a shortage? Going to clubs right now is out for me dont know when it might come back cant necessarily use Craigslist. What are some alternatives? I cant complain about many things right now but this is one place where im having a hard time.

For Computers, you don't need much paper, just the hydro bill must be paid regularily, and you could write a novel. It even could be a novel that concerns the shortage. Or, the shortage, making you kill and dine on random passers by in a parallel universum, where you're a werewolf, maybe.
Okay, maybe that thought is not an average one.
