Nothing unique. You should put a condom on sex toys (where possible) or at least wash them thoroughly between use and if sharing. Also, dental dams should be used when performing oral sex whether on the vagina or anus.

Also, don't forget that if someone has an active cold sore and sucks you off/ licks you out, you can develop genital Herpes.

Verrrry few strains of the herps can be transmitted from oral to genital, or vice-versa. Just so ya know; it's not something to be toooo concerned about, but it can happen.

If you see a crust on your partner's genitals it's probably for the best to either change sexual activity that allows you to avoid direct contact with the sore or just use protection, better be safe than sorry, if this person managed to get herpes who knows what else they might have, though they probably won't have anything else, you still don't wish to get herpes. There are several herpes medication available to treat it, but hell, it's best if you never catch it.

This is a very good point. STIs like HIV piggyback alongside other viruses. If someone has another virus, the chances of them transferring HIV to you, if they have it, are a huge amount higher than normal.

Researches shows that 80% of the USA population is infected with cold sores that causes herpes. The main reason for transmitting this disease is due to negligence while people having sex.So if you have unsafe sex you can easily caught by many sexual diseases.Proper use of condom can reduce the risk of these diseases. And try to avoid having sex with the person who already have these diseases.

80% of the US population? So basically every single adult has it then? :squint:

I have heard similar numbers for central Europe. Allegedly 90% of adults over 25 are infected. However, that is not referring to genital Herpes, which is far more rare than normal Herpes.
The problem with herpes is that, once you have it, you have it for life - often without showing any symptoms. Yet it's still extremely easy to transmit, just share a glass with a friend and you may have it already.

I've only worn a rubber once or twice throughout my sexual experiences. I'm totally clean, and luck I guess...

Do you get tested after every time you have sex then? If not then you could end up spreading STDs everywhere :shake: And if you haven't been tested then you can't know for sure that you're totally clean.

Actually, apparently we can cure viruses now. Through a whole bunch of different experimental treatments.

I'd hate to be the first guy ever to get multiple HIV infections.

Soo apparently there's this new strain of STD called super gonorrhea. Grew from the original clap, became highly resistant to antibiotics, and the bacterium are more aggressive. Wrap dat shit before ya tap that shit.

Temptation and weakness plays a major role. Until I moved, I went to The Water Garden in San Jose (worth a thread of its own if it hasn't been done). Abundant lovely boners standing up all over the place, and I especially loved the large jacuzzi and also communal room in back where so many gathered to play. And I must confess, when offered, I've taken a few into my mouth just because I wanted it so badly.

I know, foolish and stupid.

Is group masturbation by rubbing and stroking still safe? Or is that considered unsafe sex now?

Physical contact, including seminal fluids, is unsafe if no condom or dam is used.
