Retracting foreskin

Any suggestions for those of us who can retract the foreskin completely when the penis is flaccid, but find it difficult when it is erect ? Has any of you faced this ? Any thoughts on how to deal with this ?

You can look up methods for foreskin stretching (also add the word phimosis to the search). It’d take time, patience, and persistence though. A steroid cream, like cortisone, would help.

If it's too severe you should go to a urologist and check if you need surgical intervention.

Brenden's advice is good, as it can be expanded through gradual stretching. However, some people's foreskins are just naturally a little tighter than others. Sometimes when the dick's hard the foreskin doesn't completely retract around the glans.
People love to follow fools; they don't feel so alone then.

Some signs of it being too severe are: not being able to retract it while soft, experiencing pain while hard (without even trying to retract it manually).
