Sex with SpaceOAR Hydrogel in place?
I am about to get the SpaceOAR Hydrogel to increase the distance between my prostate and rectum in order to protect the rectum from exposure during my proton treatment for prostate cancer.
I am wondering if this spacer changes the path enough for my partner to notice and if it will cause discomfort to me.
Does anyone have experience with this situation?
The good news for me is the only caution from the doctors is to NOT father a child during this treatment, easily done.
Thank you

No experience on this, but as far as one can read up on medical sites, this spacer stays in place for the time or number of radiotherapy treatment sessions it takes to treat the cancer and so minimize the damage to the rectum.
Why not take some time off the hardcore business and focus on cuddling?
Meaning, why take the risk to somehow move the spacer out of place or something?
