If haven't said it already, welcome!
I'm not sure I understand the question though I'm not hopeful I'll be able to offer much help. What do you mean "from immunity"? I think this is something that has not translated well. Do you mean some organisation that will protect LGBTQs in conservative (Muslim) countries from persecution and prosecution? Or are you looking for an organisation that will help you with an asylum application if you were to emigrate? Can't say I know of any organization doing either.

Not a problem but glad that's cleared up as the words have very different meanings.
Alas, I can't say I have any idea about Pakistan (if the country is correct in your profile flag). One would think there would at least be an underground group of sorts in a city the size of Lahore but then again ... one never knows how much oppression there is. I've heard of such in cities like Cairo but certainly not in Teheran.
What searches have you tried on the Internet and social media like Facebook and Twitter? And how much risk does such searching pose?
Have you seen this page? https://hidayahlgbt.com/
Hidayah (هداية) means guidance.
Through our work, we support and serve queer Muslims in the UK, the US and across the world.
We promote social justice and education about our community to counter discrimination, prejudice and injustice.
Not sure if that's right for you or not, but I found it by searching "lgbt muslim organization". I'm not assuming you're Muslim, just that a Muslim organization might be better able to offer advice for living in a Muslim country while being LGBTQ. They certainly will have a better idea of the risks to seeking out community in a conservative country.
If I've got the country wrong - a bit more information might help.
