Viagra

Unread postby sean.nively » 11 June 2018, 19:17

My boyfriend wants to use viagra as it became available in the UK without prescription. However I don’t think it’s a good idea. Our sex life is very intense and I’m very into that. I mean I like it but he says he wants to f*ck for 2 hours non stop :D What should I do? Should I agree on this viagra thing? He says he tried it before but I’m concerned it’s too early to use viagra. We are together for almost a year now and he’s 29.

29?! The fuck? I’m in my 30s and have to double layer my underwear just to avoid showing my constant erections at work. smh

Someone must have watched the scene from Queer as Folk where they used viagra.

Most ED medication is used recreationally. If you want to give it a shot, go ahead. I assume neither of you suffers from acute arrhythmia.

By otherwise healthy 20-somethings? The only time I’ve heard of this is for gay-for-pay porn stars.

It's totally safe and fun to use. There's nothing other-worldly about the pill. If you're healthy standing up, it will make it much easier to get hard after cumming and in general, but it doesn't keep your dick alive the whole time for all the hours. Personal experience, I constantly had a half-boner, it felt sensitive and any stimulation made it go. Made for a fun weekend. Nothing special and it's also pretty cheap if you buy generic. What happened in QaF is extremely rare.

René, as a drug fiend, have you ever tried viagra or similar meds? What say you about this sort of usage?

No, I've never seen any reason to. :P

I don't think I know enough about it to say, though I have a hunch that if it is recreationally useful for a person, that person is likely to suffer from other (potentially very serious) underlying health problems that they're not addressing.

PrEPers and HIV-positives need to be careful.

Pfizer wrote:7.4 Ritonavir and other CYP3A4 inhibitors
Co-administration of ritonavir, a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, greatly increased the systemic exposure of sildenafil (11-fold increase in AUC). It is therefore recommended not to exceed a maximum single dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA in a 48 hour period [see Dosage and Administration (2.4), Warnings and Precautions (5.6), Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].
Co-administration of erythromycin, a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor, resulted in a 160% and 182% increases in sildenafil Cmax and AUC, respectively. Co-administration of saquinavir, a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, resulted in 140% and 210% increases in sildenafil Cmax and AUC, respectively. Stronger CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole or itraconazole could be expected to have greater effects than seen with saquinavir. A starting dose of 25 mg of VIAGRA should be considered in patients taking erythromycin or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole) [see Dosage and Administration (2.4), Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].

[…]

In another study in healthy male volunteers, co-administration with the HIV protease inhibitor ritonavir, which is a highly potent P450 inhibitor, at steady state (500 mg bid) with VIAGRA (100 mg single dose) resulted in a 300% (4-fold) increase in sildenafil Cmax and a 1000% (11-fold) increase in sildenafil plasma AUC. At 24 hours the plasma levels of sildenafil were still approximately 200 ng/mL, compared to approximately 5 ng/mL when sildenafil was dosed alone. This is consistent with ritonavir's marked effects on a broad range of P450 substrates. VIAGRA had no effect on ritonavir pharmacokinetics [see Dosage and Administration (2.4) and Drug Interactions (7.4)].
Although the interaction between other protease inhibitors and sildenafil has not been studied, their concomitant use is expected to increase sildenafil levels.

Could be somewhat a risk, if he's got any specific heart conditions and related problems, also certain vascular conditions.

They didn't mistype that age, by chance? Like, is he 92?

I can't imagine intentionally wanting to bust nut and not have the hard on go away. I end up hating those days after a couple hours.

Why not, viagra is not a bad thing. Just don't abuse it! I am 27, and even if I am totally fine with erection and libido, I still take viagra sometimes. I am buying it from edrxcare.com, and I really like it, because it's cheap and has a wonderful effect. It makes having sex much more pleasant, it's driving me crazy. Moreover, it doesn't have any side effects. The most important thing is to take only qualitative stuff and to take care of the dosage. Be careful with that
