Ate some chocolate raisins and some canned mandarin oranges (said it's in natural juices)... Luckily we get canned fruit because I probably wouldn't eat during the day. Not the healthiest of foods lto eat all the time lol.

I've actually never ate pumpkin seeds... do you put salt in them or is it like a sweet treat? what goes in it?

They’re just the seeds from the pumpkin, rinsed off, and either dry-roasted then salted or covered in oil with salt sprinkled on and roasted.

They do sell roasted pumpkin seeds all year here in the US. It should be around the nuts and dried fruit area.

I look out for them when I'm at the store either today or tomorrow.

The roomies didn't take me shopping after they got done with their drug test from Child Protective Service. However we're eating like college students with an abundance of Ramon for only 10 bucks. I however probably lost lots of weight anyways... not sure if I went below 180s into the 170s

Vegetarian chili. It didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped--I think it's the chili powder--but at least it was something warm to eat on a cold, dreary day!

"Cream of tomato soup" made by microwaving a can of crushed tomatoes with some garlic. With soy milk added later. Not the greatest, but not the worst. At least, there wasn't the ton of salt (the tomatoes were "no salt added") and sugar in canned soup.

Then I had toasted English muffin with peanut butter.

That drool emoticon looks like it's puking. Someone should fix that.

I'm eating sprouted pumpkin seeds out of the shell right now. Great source of minerals, like magnesium. They say the sprouted ones "unlock" the nutrients, but I'm not sure I believe that. I eat them because they are easier to digest.

Those look good. Europeans are so much more advanced when it comes to quick-fry batter foods.
